De l'accueil à l'établissement en lui même, c'est une petite évasion au coeur d'une zone commerciale qui mérite le détours.

Nichts, da wir erst gar nicht ins Hotel gekommen sind.

Cons:

Schlechte Kommunikation. Den korrekten Zugangspin zum Hotel haben wir viel zu spät erhalten, so dass wir nicht einchecken konnten. Es gab weder eine Erstattung noch ein Entschuldigung. Stattdessen gab es faule Ausreden, die nicht den Tatsachen entsprachen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dem Kundenservice!
