I stayed in Room 234 of this hotel from August 9 to August 10. On the morning of the 10th, I discovered over a dozen extremely itchy red bites across my neck, arms, chest, and waist caused by bedbugs. Since I was on a tour booked through a travel agency, I informed our tour guide, who escalated the issue to the agency to liaise with the hotel. I also sent an email directly to the hotel attached with alarming photos of my bites.
However, the hotel has not offered a single word of apology to this day. Instead, they tried to dismiss their failure to clean properly by using a temporary mix-up by the travel agency—who initially submitted an incorrect check-in date before quickly correcting it—as an excuse. The travel agency coordinates hotel stays for hundreds or thousands of tourists across the US daily, and while their staff made a minor administrative mistake, it was promptly corrected. Yet, the hotel completely ignored my email, which contained the correct check-in dates and photographic proof of the bedbug bites, and instead seized upon the agency's minor error to make a scene.
The management of this hotel shows a total disregard for guest well-being and passes the buck at every turn. I have to ask the hotel manager: If you stayed at a hotel, got bitten by bedbugs, and were completely ignored, how would you feel?
For some reason, it I thought that my breakfast was included.
Staff. Location
Outdated property, charge for breakfast
Great service
I liked everything wish there was more cocktail choices at the bar
Newly Remodeled, Nice Staff, Great Hotel. Very nice.
Clean and good location
Loud. The walls are thin. Can hear every step someone takes above you, every time they drop something or move got no sleep
Staff was great
Closer to the airport.
Location to cabelas, Costco, and the I5 was amazing, the breakfast was nice as well.
The front doors didn't seem to be working correctly.
The room was very nice
I prefer a robe to wear. Price was a bit much with all tax and fees. I was staying as my daughter is in the hospital so with the price I could bot stay two nights.
Close to the freeway. Easy access.
We did not get daily house cleaning as was stated. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.
The nightly charge was overpriced too.
Convenience to I-4.
For the room price, breakfast should have been included, not an additional charge.
