Principalmente, el es censor no llega a los estacionamientos subterráneo, hay que bajar todo por las escaleras de seguridad. Un poco descuidado, patio de acceso. Los baños no cuentan con barras de seguridad para adultos en la ducha. Se escucha mucho el ruido externo, poco insonorizado.

variado y buen desayuno, muy buena ubicación cercano a aeropuerto y mall y con estacionamiento gratis.

Cons:

Las camas no me resultaron del todo confortables, ya que el colchón es bastante duro para mi gusto, lo que dificultó poder tener un descanso adecuado. Como sugerencia adicional, sería muy agradable incorporar algún detalle de cortesía al momento de la llegada a la habitación, como un chocolate, una bebida o incluso un vale para consumir un trago en el bar. Esta última opción me parece especialmente atractiva, ya que además podría incentivar a los huéspedes a conocer el bar y realizar consumos adicionales durante su estadía.

Ubicación, comunicación y facilidad del Check-In. Amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

La calidad de los tragos en el restaurante deja mucho que desear. Ninguna cortesía en la estadía (aunque sea una botella de agua). La aislación de la ventana (ruido), no era la mejor.

Una muy linda experiencia de estadía
Pros:

Primero, el desayuno fue justo en un horario adecuado para las actividades diarias por las cuales fuimos a Concepción (WRC), con lo cual se ajustó perfecto a nuestras necesidades. Eso ayudó mucho para la partida de cada día.
Segundo, la limpieza general del establecimiento era muy bueno (una sóla excepción a considerar) y la atención brindada por los empleados del hotel fue muy buena y también su predisposición para ayudar ante diferentes consultas.

Cons:

Algo que no observé, fue pileta en caso que quisiera vacacionar alguien en Concepción durante el verano, salvo que estuviera en algún piso y no la hubiera visto.
Otro punto, fue que el cubre cama tenía una mancha chica en un costado. Si bien no era una mancha oscura, era una mancha que parecía haberse lavado varias veces, pero no salió. Creo que en esos casos, es mejor el cambio del cubre cama o acolchado que está a la vista. Un detalle para considerar.

Cons:

Pagué desayuno y al llegar a hotel dijeron que Booking vendía productos que ellos no tenían y que si quería desayunar, debía pagar nuevamente.

Lo mejor el precio, pero ruidos de agua en la habitacion

Ubicacion, restaurant y la atencion del personal

Cons:

Acceso a subterráneo ascensor sucio y mal olor, ademas ruidos de agua corriendo toda la noche impiden descansar bien en la hbitacion
