Amazing staffs. Housekeeping staff, Windy was amazing. Very very good and warm. Does her job excellently.

Great location -- nearby Novena MRT , zhongshan mall , medical centre clinics / hospital , and plenty of buses outside the hotel to get around.

Room is nicely decorated with great lighting & a big panel of window, comes with a great view that doesn't make me feel suffocated. Facility is also good with installed filtered water pipe in room, safety deposit box, TV equipped with local channels, and comfortable bedding.

Also want to specially compliment the housekeeping team - mainly Azlina who is in charge of our daily housekeeping. Throughout our stay in this hotel, she has been very attentive to our need, and very patient towards my elderly dad. She does her duty diligently without fail 👍🏻👍🏻

The front desk team is also very friendly, cheerful and takes time to attend to our requests. They are very helpful and efficient.

We stayed for about 1 month in this hotel, and is very pleased with the overall service. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a decent stay nearby medical centre (Novena area)

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Novena, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
First, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The rooms and common areas are always well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, making it a pleasant environment to relax after a long day.
The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, which truly makes a difference. I would especially like to highlight Windy on the 3rd floor, who was exceptionally warm, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality really enhanced my overall experience.
In terms of location, the hotel is very strategic. It is conveniently situated with easy access to transportation, nearby restaurants, and shopping areas, making it ideal whether you're traveling for work or on vacation.
Overall, Ibis Novena offers great service, a comfortable stay, and excellent value, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.

Comes to my suprise, it was AMAZING! The service, cleanliness, location, room size, convenience- from checking in and all the way through was SUPERB! I got my room clean by Windy, she is super kind, patient, thorough, and did an Excellent job! She made my stay an outstanding experience! Thank you Windy! Kudos!

Free parking, close to shopping malls with many places to eat. During our 12 day stay we met our house keeper Ms Lulu many times. She is very friendly, always greeting us with big smiles. She is very diligent too, we always had a clean room after a short lunch break and had our complimentary tea bags refilled. The front desk staff and the gentleman in charge of maintenance are efficient too. We got our TV issues fixed in less than 15 minutes.
