Pessoal cozinha

Cons:

Problemas com Notas Fiscais no RJ um lugar pedir NF principalmente para reembolso de empresa parece um parto.
Trabalho com equipe e muito das vezes eu faço a reserva para todos, para quando chegar no hotel cada um paga a sua comodidade, mas nem sempre no RJ consigo, uma cidade de sonegação fiscal.

I have a newborn son, our usual travels before he was born was typically Airbnb / self catering. We booked the hotel this time because we’ve got a newborn with us and we’d prefer that extra bit of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Unfortunately our stay was not the greatest. Some of the slowest WiFi I have ever used. Maintenance issues in the unit, I asked reception to show me how to use the jacuzzi bathtub which we specifically paid for, got no help at all. Room was not clean to hotel standards at all, hair all over, dust in the corners. Not great for our newborn baby.

Would not go back here.

Good stay
Pros:

Location was great, just a 5 minutes walk to Copacabana Beach, near a metro station and the main area with shops and restaurants. Receptionists were nice and friendly. They let us check-in early paying a bit extra.

Cons:

We were unlucky with the room next to us. There were some people who would come back every night at around 4am and continue partying in their room. There was two rooms involved and receptionists helped when we asked. The hotel is a bit outdated and breakfast was very crowded. The dishes were always the same.

Pros:

De ligging was goed, dicht bij het strand en op loop afstand van een groot winkelcentrum. En barretjes, supermarkten en restaurants waren ook in de buurt. Personeel was super vriendelijk achter de receptie, spraken goed Engels.

Cons:

Hotel was heel erg gehorig. De lift maakt een irritante piep als de deur opengaat en blijft. Onze buurvrouw die vond het gepast om om 00:00 een feestje te gaan bouwen. Tot 2x toe. Gelukkig kwam het personeel om ze aan te spreken. En toen stopten ze. Zwembad was ijskoud. Omdat het nu winter is in Rio. Helaas niet al te veel variatie in het ontbijt. Was elke dag het zelfde. Maar werd wel constant bijgevuld. Je kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt. Je krijgt alleen schone handdoeken. Badkamer rook muffig. In De lobby staat de airco heel hoog waardoor het ook koud was in de lobby.
