Slecht onderhouden en onhygiënisch hotel met onvriendelijk personeel — wij raden het af.
Pros:

Eerlijk gezegd weinig. Het enige positieve is dat we er maar twee nachten hoefden te blijven.

Cons:

Bijna alles. Al voor aankomst hebben wij meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen met het hotel omdat we onze stay mogelijk wilden verlengen, maar we kregen geen enkele reactie. Ook Booking.com kreeg het hotel niet te pakken. Uiteindelijk hebben we de extra nachten elders geboekt, wat achteraf een hele goede keuze bleek.

Bij aankomst waren we twee uur te vroeg. Dat we dan moeten wachten begrijpen we prima, daar gaat het niet om. Maar er werd ons met een grijns verteld dat we konden betalen om onze bagage op te laten slaan. De manier waarop je hier te woord wordt gestaan is belachelijk. En zelfs tijdens het wachten is er niets: je kunt niet eens een kop koffie halen. Het personeel is gedurende het hele verblijf onbeleefd en onaardig gebleven.

De kamer was een grote teleurstelling. De douche is niet op temperatuur te regelen, warm of koud water instellen is simpelweg onmogelijk. We zijn hierover zelfs aangesproken door een ander stel dat precies hetzelfde probleem had en om die reden van hotel is gewisseld. De douchekop geeft alleen een klein straaltje en zit vol kalk en schimmel. De badkamer staat vol schimmel en er hangt een penetrante schimmellucht. De handdoeken stonken naar azijn. Daarbij hoor je door het hele hotel een hard geluid zodra iemand een kraan opendraait, een soort harde piep alsof er geboord wordt.

Het ontbijt is veel te druk, en het maakt niet uit hoe laat je gaat. De openbare toiletten lagen elke dag vol rotzooi.

Tenía 200 usd en mi bolso en billetes de 100! Escondidos en un sobre
Cuando fui a duty free fui a pagar y me habían cambiado un billete por uno de 20usd. Tenía 120usd en billetes
Mi bolso solo estuvo en la habitación, cuando fueron a limpiar me cambiaron un billete, no hay otra oportunidad
Por lo tanto me robaron en ese hotel!!!

Le petit déjeuner est complet mais manque de renouveau quand vous passez plus de quelques jours.

Cons:

Cependant l’hôtel ne vaut pas son standing. Les chambres ont besoin d’être rénovées et la propreté laisse à désirer.
