* gesamtes Personal nett und sehr zuvorkommend

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!
Tolles Wellnesshotel in ruhiger Ortsrandlage. Das Stadtzentrum, der Kurpark und die Waldbahn sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das reichhaltige Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Cons:

Bei Vollbelegung sind die Parkplätze schnell belegt, da manche Gäste zum Parken zwei Stellplätze benötigen.

Wie immer top

Cons:

Beim Check in wurde uns nicht angeboten, den SPA Bereich zu nutzen.
Rollos im Bad waren defekt. Techniker war einmal da, danach nicht mehr gesehen

Schönes Hotel mit tollem SPA- Bereich
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich sind Klasse.

Cons:

Die Gastronomie ist wenig inspirierend zu teuer und bittet fast nichts, wenn man keine HP gebucht hat.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen und wenig zu meckern
Pros:

Sehr tolles Frühstück und auch das Abendbuffet war sehr lecker. Immer eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett sehr bequem.
Alles in allen ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Cons:

Der Teppichboden könnte mal raus, der hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Pros:

Ruhe , kein Lärm! Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und gefunden . Alles ist sehr schön gewesen .
Wir kommen wieder . Vielen Dank für schöne Zeit !

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon hatten wir kleine Mengel , aber es wurde sofort korrigiert. Genau so im Bad .
