Gutes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für den Hockenheimring und Heidelberg
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zu der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Hockenheimring und Heidelberg.

Pros:

Clean rooms, good breakfast

Cons:

1. Very arrogant and unfriendly receptionist, it seems that we were checking in not to the hotel but wanted to stay in his house.
2. Bad and almost absent wi-fi. Old TV which is impossible to connect to Internet.
3. Hotel felt like an old hospital with strange smell in the corridors.
4. There was only one small blanket on the bed for 2 people. We needed to go to the receptionist and ask for blanket for 2, we were told that there is a room where we can take everything, service is on top level.
5. And as a cherry on a top it was a electronic music festival right in front of the windows approximately until 2a.m about which nobody warned us during the booking. We have been travelling all day and book this hotel to rest and not to be in the club until 2a.m. If I knew about it i would never book this hotel!

Das Bad war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Der Check-In am Tablet hat nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde die falsche Reservierungsnummer gesendet und der ganze Check-In Ablauf hat sich schwierig gestaltet.

Das Zimmer war groß, aber nicht gut beleuchtet. Die Steckdose am Bett war kaputt. Die Betten waren nicht sauber und die Handtücher auch nicht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar, aber völlig in Ordnung.

Super Hotel mit zentraler Lage und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Hockenheim.Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen betten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich und das Parkhaus geräumig und kostenlos nutzbar. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, alles in allem top.

Cons:

Leider fehlte ein Fenstergriff,dadurch schloss der eine Teil des Doppelfensters nicht richtig und die Lüftung im Bad fiel am zweiten Tag aus.Nachdem wir es gemeldet haben,wird es sicher bald behoben werden.

Great conveninet place for a night or two
Pros:

Quiet room, generous breakfast, friendly staff, great position close to the highway. Will use it again!
