An elegant hotel with friendly staff on a beautiful back street in historic Olomouc. The breakfast is out-of-this-world deluxe.
One of our rooms was only accessible by stairs and I don't remember seeing that in the description, but I wasn't looking for it. Thank goodness they had a handicap-accessible room available. We were traveling with an elderly relative who wasn't as mobile as we thought he would be when we booked, and this may not be a great choice for people in that situation (it's on a cobblestone alley with a slope to it), but the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help and the hotel is taxi-accessible, so I suppose this is also a way of praising this wonderful hotel.
Frühstück war gut, war alles vorhanden was zum Frühstück nötig ist.
Lage war hervorragend und trotz Zentrumnähe ruhig.
Schönes Haus und sehr moderne Rezeption.
Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.
Zimmer etwas lieblos bzw. geschmacklos eingerichtet.
Snídaně byla velice dobrá, jen obsluha by se mohla tvářit trošku veseleji 😉
Nelíbily se mi v pokoji střešní okna, které nedrželi a nedalo se větrat, když pršelo.

Wygodnie urządzony pokój, wystarczające zabezpieczenie w kosmetyki. Wspaniałe śniadanie i miła obsługa. Ogromną wygodą jest położenie w bliskości historycznego centrum miasta.
