Please note that guests under the age of 16 do not have access to the Spa (indoor pool, aquatic centre, sauna, hammam, hot tub).

The lockers rental costs EUR 1. Guests are required to bring flip flops (that have not been worn outside). Flip flops rental is available on site for EUR 2.

The spa is closed on Tuesdays until 14:00.

Please note the restaurant will be closed on the evening of 24 December and the Spa will be closed all day on 25 December.

Ubxtování skvělé, ale restauraci nedoporučuji. Večeře byla katastrofa! Byli jsme skupina 8 lidí, nikomu nechutnalo, například hamburger bez chuti, servírovali ho studený, ostatní jídla byla též špatná

A nice retreat far from the noise of the coast.
Pros:

The staff is incredible kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also very good and enjoyable.

The surroundings are beautiful and the spa is a welcomed bonus.

I would come back again!

Pros:

Bel emplacement, très calme. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus.

Cons:

La literie était pdu confortable (matelas très dur) et la décoration datée.
Le petit déjeuner était de qualité très moyenne. Après un essai très décevant le 1er jour nous avons préféré déjeuner par nos propres moyens.
Malheureusement la climatisation était en panne, nous avons reçu (après l'avoir demandée) une compensation financière d'une trentaine d'euros pour 4 nuits... léger.

Total verdreckter Aussenpool, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht - das Geld nicht wert!

Die Lage und die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Allerdings kann dies fast nur von Golfern genutzt werden.

Cons:

Das Hotel gibt bei Booking an, dass es Klimaanlagen gibt. Die werden allerdings erst ab Juni eingeschalten, was den Gästen bei der Buchung verschwiegen wird. Im Mai, als wir reisten, war es sehr heiss und wir schliefen mit dem Hund zu viert in einem Zimmer. Die Fenster öffnen ging nicht aufgrund der Stechmücken. Da die Klimanlage nicht ging, kletterte die Temperatur auf 24.5 Grad - ans Schlafen war kaum zu denken.

Des Weiteren war der Aussenpool total verdreckt - auf dem Boden lagen Hunderte toter Tausendfüssler, tote Schnecken und sogar ein toter Frosch. Auf der Wasseroberfläche trieben Blätter und Samen. Wir sind nicht heikel, aber so konnten unsere drei Kinder nicht baden. Der Innenpool durften sie nicht nutzen, da dieser nur für Erwachsene war. Auf unsere Bitte hin, den Aussenpool zu reinigen, wurde zwar die Oberfläche etwas mit einem Netzt abgeschöpft, aber die toten Tierchen auf dem Grund wurden nicht entfernt. Also war das Baden auch gestrichen und dementsprechend die Stimmung bei den Kleinen.

Das Personal riess sich definitiv kein Bein aus: gleichgültig und abgelöscht kamen die Angestellten rüber. Weder ein "herzlich willkommen" noch "melden Sie sich bei uns bei Fragen" gab es zu hören. Auf unsere Frage hin, ob uns jemand mit dem Gepäck helfen könnte - es handelt sich ja schliesslich um ein 4 Stern Resort und wir reisten mit Hund zu sechst an - kriegten wir zu hören, dass sie diesen Service hier nicht offerieren würden. Nicht einmal ein Gepäckwagen stand zur Verfügung. So schleppten wir alle Taschen einzeln den weiten Weg in die beiden Zimmer.

Auch das Beistellbett für die 3. Person im einten Zimmer war eine Zumutung: Bei jeder Bewegung quietschten die Metallfedern laut und es war relativ kurz - also bequem geht definitiv anders!

Wir blieben aufgrund all dieser negativen Punkt nur eine anstatt zwei Nächte und reisten früher wieder ab. Also dieser Ort können wir auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Un week-end ressourçant dans un domaine magnifique immergé dans la nature, la chambre spacieuse avec balcon au calme avec vue sur la campagne, la literie est très bonne
Pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner depuis la terrasse du restaurant à la vue époustouflante sur la nature préservée à perte de vue
Le moment passé au SPA était très bien aussi
