Toller Familienurlaub mitten in Chania
Pros:

Die Bilder täuschen wirklich nicht, es ist sehr sauber und modern von der Ausstattung. Wir haben freundlicherweise ein Upgrade bekommen, damit wir mehr Platz haben mit unserem Kind. Das Babybett stand bereits im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich mit einem Balkon. Leider war der Ausblick vom Balkon auf eine Riesenbaustelle, was uns wiederum nicht so doll gestört hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert man hat kaum irgendein Lärm mitbekommen. Der Frühstücksbereich war auch sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und in der Altstadt ganz nah an Restaurants Boutique mitten im Geschehen von Chania, also eine super Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich, und der Poolbereich war sehr enttäuschend, nicht gepflegt und besonders gut ausgestattet.

Pros:

Μοναδικη εμπειρια! Απο που να ξεκινησω και που να τελειωσω! Τα κοριτσια στην reception μας υποδεχτηκαν πρωτη μερα πολυ θερμα και αμεσως μας εδωσαν προτασεις μαγαζιων και παραλιων , που ηταν 10/10! Πεντακαθαρο καταλυμα , 2 φορες την ημερα καθαριζαν το δωματιο. Το πρωινο αψογο δεν ελειπε τιποτα και τα παιδια στον μπουφε εξυπηρετικα και παντα με χαμογελο! Το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα!

The hotel is well located close to the center and the old town in Chania. The breakfast was also good. The staff is friendly and Rena, in specific, was very nice with us - she gave us recommendations for our day plans in Crete and was always checking if all was well with our stay.

Cons:

The shower. Water temperature was never stable. There was also not a lot of pressure. But the most incovenient was the fact that the shower had no door, so the floor outside would get easily wet. We noted this at the reception the day we checked in but we're told it was meant to be that way.

Location is very handy. Great breakfast, lovely and comfortable room. The housekeeping staff were lovely.

Cons:

Other staff (apart from Philip on reception when I first arrived) were mostly unhelpful and hard to find. The pool was only cleaned once in a week and had many leaves and dirt/sand in it, plus the showers near the pool are incredibly hard to use - I had to use them before flying and it wasn't a great experience.

I also requested late checkout and offered to pay, asking a few days before the end of my stay. I was only told to check again on the final morning and then told that they couldn't facilitate it due to being fully booked. I saw absolutely no evidence of the hotel being fully booked - I'd estimate it was at 30-40% capacity at the most.

Staff estupendo. Instalsciones renovadas.
Pros:

El staff del hotel ha sido muy amable en todo momento. La persona que nos recibió en la llegada fue muy amable y todos sus compañeros han seguido una estela similar. Lo mismo pasa con las personas que nos han atendido en el desayuno, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los clientes.

Cons:

Como único punto negativo, quizá destacar que las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal quizá tengan un poco de ruido de la misma. Aún así, puede descansarse sin ningún problema.

החיסרון היחיד במקום זה שהשמיכה הייתה ממש ציפה של שמיכה בלי פוך או משהו ואני בן אדם שקצת סובל מזה והיה קר בלילה
