We had a fantastic time in Naxos and this hotel was a perfect home base!
Pros:

The pool was beautiful and so relaxing. The beach was close and having easy access to beach chairs was a plus! We spent an entire day on the sand enjoying the ocean, the shade from the umbrellas, and food/drinks from the waitstaff. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well.

Cons:

The room had a few minor issues like the key holder box falling off the wall and the shower didn’t hold temperature

Hope for a next time
Pros:

We were part of a tour group staying here. We loved the location and pretty property. Our balconey was nice for enjoying the morning and evenings. And for drying wet cloths. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the selection variety. (wish the coffee cups were bigger) also, housekeeping did an excellent job.
We didn't like that as a couple, twin beds were pushed together to make a queen. (Some couples may like this) the shower equipment was problematic & we had to work on it for water to properly flow. Another guest said they had the same problem.
Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool or swim at the beach because in early May both were still cold. Maybe next time!

Overpriced, cramped rooms, poor reception service
Pros:

The pools

Cons:

Reception staff indifferent. Looked through you when brought issues to their attention. Did not try to meet our request submitted 4 months before. Room cramped and dated, no kettle, fridge old. Cleaning service was poor. No “do not disturb signs”, got woken up early twice for room service.

Highly recommend this place. Great location, 5 minute walk into town.
Pros:

Room was great with a little patio by the pool. The breakfast was fantastic and we highly recommend their pizza for dinner. The staff was very attentive. We could walk everywhere!

L emplacement, le confort de la literie, la qualité du linge de toilette et le personnel de service extrêmement adorable ainsi que propreté des lieux Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une grande salle de bain et un balcon très agréable Le coffre dans la chambre est également un plus. Et nous étions très bien placé !

Cons:

L’accueil : La langue est sûrement un barrage mais pour autant pas d informations sur les services de l hôtel, on nous donne un qr code pour télécharger l’application sur laquelle on est censés trouver les informations. Mais celle ci est loin d être complète . On ne sait pas ce que propose le restaurant, le services de massage, comment fonctionne les transats de plage …par ailleurs l application permet d échanger en whatt sapp mais on n a pas de réponses ! Un livret complet en plusieurs langues pourraient être remis comme dans bcp d autres hôtel ou bien une application plus étayée serait un vrai plus

Great spot and location.
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to the centre of Naxos! Lovely pool and beach access. Great breakfast included. Excellent service for check in and bookings while there.

Cons:

Pool closes at 7 pm - not a big issue but might be for some. Beach access you pay $10 Euro’s to use each day.

Cons:

Η πρόσβαση στο μπάνιο ήταν λιγο περιορισμένη, καθώς το κρεβάτι ήταν πιο φαρδύ απο το προβλεφθέν στον σχεδιασμό. Αλλά το συνηθίζεις σχετικά εύκολα. Α, και οι οδηγίες της Google για άφιξη με αυτοκίνητο είναι λιγο λάθος, χρειάζεται μια διόρθωση της διεύθυνσης.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand und dass man fussläufig zur Altstadt kommt und dass zwei Pools vorhanden waren. Schön angelegte Anlage.

Cons:

Sehr einfach gehaltenes Frühstück, das sich täglich wiederholte. Das Angebot der Speisen im Restaurant war mittelmäßig und der Service katastrophal, weil nicht entsprechend ausgebildet. Soweit Zimmer Balkone hatten, waren diese außerordentlich schmal und klein. in unserem Zimmer waren diverse Sachen kaputt, wie Türklinken, Balkontüre und einiges mehr. Negativ empfinden wir auch, dass die Pools schon sehr früh abends geschlossen haben. Wir wären gerne nach einer Sightseeing Tour noch gegen Abend in den Pool gegangen.

Fijn hotel dichtbij het centrum
Pros:

Fijn hotel vlakbij Chora, op enkele minuten lopen vind je al de eerste restaurantjes. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid, zwembad (fris, maar logisch in mei) maar lekker, en vlakbij het strand. De auto kon je ook makkelijk kwijt bij het hotel.
Personeel was vriendelijk en toen de douche slang kapot ging werd deze zeer snel vervangen.

Cons:

De kamer die wij hadden was erg verouderd en verdiend een goede opknapbeurt. De douche was ook zeer klein, net als het balkon. De stoelen en tafel pasten net, en je moest alles verplaatsen om de luiken dicht te kunnen doen.

Experiencia en Naxos Resort
Pros:

La ubicación, ya que estaba en una zona tranquila pero cercana a la playa, restorantes, puerto, etc. Las piletas de natación muy lindas.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó estaba con un gran olor a humedad, el último dia notamos una gotera en el interior y los colchones estaban vencidos, tuve que dormir rotada para poder conciliar el sueño.

Very pleasant beach front hotel
Pros:

We had three nights at Naxos Resort. We found it a great place to stay. It is right on the beach and very near a strip of several very nice beach front restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well updated. We recommend this hotel

Lovely place would go again.

The staff was polite and friendly and the hotel has a wonderful location and breakfast.
Pros:

I liked the location and the breakfast is amazing and well serviced.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that my ac didn’t work properly and all the room got steamy. I also had an issue with the service at the beach. When I checked in I was told the private beach would be for us to enjoy and free but on the second day I had a charge for towels. Later after talking to the manager it was waived but it caused a little discomfort. Nothing major but a miss communication.

Pros:

Loved the location, beach and town were very close. All staff were amazing. Food was very good. Very convenient to so many different restaurants. We walked to several beaches. One of our favourite Islands so far.

Super nice facility, amenities were wonderful, close to the town center and a very nice beach.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful in answering questions, calling taxis, and with looking up bus schedules for a trip to the mountain villages. Special shout out to Efie, who was so kind, cheery and helpful!

Cons:

It was a bit early in the season, so the air-conditioning didn’t work. We were forced to have the windows open, and that left three of us with many mosquito bites.
