Fabulous stay

This was a return visit. Just as good second time

Hôtel parfait dans tous les secteurs
Pros:

Nous avons eu du retard lors de notre arrivée mais l'hôtel était prêt à nous envoyer un taxi à l'aéroport !!

Le personnel était d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et très serviable

Tous on essayés de parler français !!

La restauration était délicieuse, nous étions en 1/2 pension

L'hôtel est très bien situé et proche des commodités

Le parking est spacieux

La chambre était confortable et correspondait à notre demande

Les piscines étaient très bien situées et équipées

Deux accès rapides pour éviter de faire le tour de l'hôtel nous ont permis d'accéder rapidement à la plage à 200m

Des transats en bord de plage sont disponibles en sus mais abordable

Nous y retournerons c'est certain !!

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la pression de l'eau dans la salle de douche qui était bien trop forte, éclaboussant partout (douche et robinet)

C'est un coup à prendre

Autre point négatif mais qui n'a pas de rapport avec l'hôtel, le manque de respect des clients quant aux transats des piscines ... 9h du matin des serviettes et sacs sont déposés sur les transats afin de les "réserver" et ça pour la journée..... Des heures sans que personne ne vienne ....

Dommage que la direction ne fasse rien à ce sujet...

Naxos beach
Pros:

Lovely pools, two to choose from and always a sun lounger available.

We had great food when we stayed for lunch. My husband loved the belly pork.

Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and to the centre/port.

Cons:

The shower was very old fashioned, very small and the temperature was inconsistent. You had to dive in for a rinse between scalding hot and freezing cold.

The Nespresso coffee machines at breakfast were slow and wasteful.

Absolutely magical
Pros:

The location is absolutely brilliant - short walk to beach and short stroll to town centre and old town. Quiet but near everything! The hotel offers subbeds at a very reasonable rate and you can order very reasonably priced food to be delivered. Beach is fantastic.

A lot of positive but a few negatives
Pros:

Pretty good location, very close to the beach & easy walk to town. Room was very modern & comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a decent selection of sweet & savory, hot & cold. Staff was efficient & friendly for the most part.

Cons:

My original booking was for a non-refurbished room so I upgraded. The room was a bit cramped for the cost. The maids came early one day, we were barely up, then the next day when the room was empty all morning, they came fairly late when we'd just got back. They didn't give us fresh washcloths the entire 3-night stay. Most staff were polite, although not overly so, but one or two were a bit curt. Breakfast was a bit early for us, with a cutoff at 10:30. We're on holiday & hate to be rushed.

I wouldn’t call it a 5 star resort
Pros:

Friendly staff , clean rooms

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was very average . Spinach / cheese pie always dry, embarrassing to be serving that in Greece. Shower head broken, asked to get it fixed - never fixed so I had to use string to hold it up . Asked staff for a change in music by the pool - not accommodating to make the atmosphere better .

Posizione ottima attaccata ad Agios Georgia e vicinissima al centro.

Cons:

Arriva alla sufficienza solo grazie alla disponibilità delle ragazze della reception, sennò lo avrei bocciato clamorosamente. La struttura è in gran parte molto datata, la prima camera che ci hanno dato era terribile, al livello di un due stelle. Per fortuna una ragazza della reception molto carina ci ha spostato in una camera nell’ala nuova. Nel complesso ci sarebbe bisogno di una grande manutenzione, anche la zona piscina era mal tenuta. Altra nota dolente il ristorante, avevo scelto questa struttura perché avendo una bambina piccola mi era comodo avere il ristorante a portata di mano, ma lo trovavo spesso chiuso, e gli addetti non sapevano a che ora avrebbe aperto.
