Remélem összeszedik magukat és a 4*-nak megfekelő színvonalat tunai nyújtsni a jövőben.
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése és a reggeli profi volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A szoba tiszta. A medence tiszta és kellemes hőmérsékletű.

Cons:

Két olyan szobát kaptunk, ami köszönőviszonyban sem volt a képekkel. A mi szobánk kilátása szemben a másik szàlloda/ apartman tűzfalára nézett ( view Garden vagy drágàbb view sea volt hirdetve, mi az olcsóbb view garden-t fizettük , ez sem volt kevés, 3 éjszakára majdnem 800e Ft ). 3 éjszakát voltunk , a toröltözőnk egyszer sem vont ki kicserélve, a gyerekeimnél külön jeleztem, hogy a testápoló nem volt feltöltve. a A teraszajtó nem működött rendesen, hàla, hogy tudjuk, hogy kell megtàmasztani, helyére rakni az ajtókat. A bejárati ajtó is ( ami kőkorszaki módon kulcsos, ugye egy 4 *szállodánàl màr a kártyás verzió működik mindenhol), kis trükkel volt nyitható ( nem biztos, hogy minden vendég fel van erre készülve). A parton meghirdetett feláras ágyat egyszer sem tudtuk igènybe venni, szemfüles társaink, akik bár nem voltak ott, de egész napra foglaltàk a törölközőikkel. Ezt azért korlátozni kellene valahogyan. A szoba tele volt ruha mollyal, egyik pólomat meg is ràgta. Most izgulok, hogy hoztunk-e haza belőlük. A medence melletti toialette lépcsőjèn egy kb 3 cm-es döglött csótàny volt, ott akkor màr tényleg kezdett elszakadni a cérna.
A legkellemetlenebb élmènyünk, hogy a két kamaszlànyunk korábban indult reggelizni ès beszorultak a liftbe. Telefonon tartottuk a kapcsolatot, a gyerekek bepànikoltak, mikor a lift elkezdett mozogni/esni, a fények villogtak, a kisebbik lànyom àjulós, a telefonban hallottam, hogy pànikolnak, akkor màr én is az őrület hatàrán voltam, végèn egy alkalmazott felfeszítette a lift ajtaját,a lift fèl méterrel zuhant lejjebb és onnan léptek/másztak ki a lányaim. Azon kívül, hogy kaptunk 1 üveg bort és 2 jégkrémet, semmi bocsánatkérés a tulajtól. A gyerekeim a mai napig olyan sokkban vannak ( PTSD), hogy èvekig nem fognak tudni lifttel közlekedni.

A wonderful, well maintained hotel in beautiful grounds very close to Naxos Harbour
Pros:

This was a lovely, well maintained hotel with a village atmosphere as all the rooms were in different buildings.
The breakfast choices were excellent, seating had an outside breakfast/dinner area.
Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the gardens.
Everywhere was immaculate, both inside and out.
The staff were very helpful
The location was perfect with restaurants all the way to the harbour, which was a 10-15 minute walk.
We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but towels left on loungers by the pools by absent people was very annoying.
Nothing else.

A wonderful place in Naxos
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Not in the center, but also not too far, so it's a nice walking distance (20 min) to the port. The beach is really close, and they have a fair price for renting the sunbeds. Also the pools are great (there are 2), and one can also order from their app and they bring you the food directly there. Personnel really nice and friendly.

Cons:

The cleaning schedule for the rooms was a bit confusing, because every day the cleaning personnel would come at a different time. Also, the swimming pools would close latest at 19:00, which is perhaps slightly too early for summer time. But that's only being picky, because overall it was great and I would definetely go again.

It’s v close to the beach -just 1 min walk and it’s one of the v nice beaches in Naxos ..and you only pay 10 euros for sun beds …as a hotel guest …pool and jacuzzi ..are great ..a delicious breakfast buffet ..gym for free ! And just 10 min walk to the port and town area so it’s a great location ..v nice and friendly staff

Nice hotel. Book your own taxi to airport.
Pros:

Large hotel with big pools and seafront beach service. Rooms are well equipped.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small. The reception booked a taxi that overcharged for the very short ride to the airport.

Gute Lage, aber Zimmer nur im Neubau akzeptabel
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, schöne Pools, gute Lage.

Cons:

Das im älteren Teil des Hotels gelegene Zimmer war schlicht inakzeptabel. Ein nur durch einen unschönen Vorhang vom restlichen Bad getrennter Duschbereich (ohne Duschtasse) - wenn man duschte, stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Das war Stand der 70er Jahre - insgesamt bestand dringender Renovierungsbedarf. Der Preis lag auf 4-Sterne-Niveau - das Zmmer auf bestenfalls 2-Sterne-Level. Erst aufgrund nachdrücklicher Beanstandung an der Rezeption und Drohung mit negativen Bewertungen im Netz war man am 2. Tag bereit, uns ein anderes Zimmer (genau so alt, aber mit besserem Bad) zu geben. Never again.

So exceptionally well located for the beach and Naxos town

Amenities are phenomenal and the staff were all genuinely the best people I’d met in Greece

I will stay here every single time I come to Naxos I have zero desire to try another hotel

Lovely hotel in an excellent location!
Pros:

The hotel and pool area(s) are lovely. You get beach towels and pool towels and the sunbeds on both are super comfortable. The staff are all lovely, friendly and really attentive. All other facilities like the gym were excellent too.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our shower which the hotel fixed the next day. They have a WhatsApp messaging service which makes it really easy to communicate with the front desk. The cleaning staff are exceptional and our room was spotless daily.
The breakfast was delicious, loads of choice and cooked well.
The proximity to both the beach and town was excellent and I’d recommend the hotel for that alone. We visited a lot of beaches on Naxos but think Agios Georgios is the best one. The sunbeds are only €10 for guests which comes with towels and free iced water, which is amazing considering a lot of the other beaches on Naxos were €30 plus, though you need to get there early around 9/10am to get a bed.

Cons:

The only thing that let it down a bit was the balcony as it wasn’t covered and was quite small, making it difficult to sit out as the sun was shining directly on it in the afternoon. We also booked a garden view room but were looking at the back of another hotel/side road. It was also difficult to shut the shutters due to the balcony not being big enough with the table and chairs on it. There were no curtains so the shutters were the only option.
This is me just being picky however I’d definitely recommend this hotel for everything else!
