Amazing location!
Pros:

Amazing location, beach is fantastic. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Rooms are really small, including bathrooms. Was really tight with 2 kids and 2 adults.
Pillows are like rocks.
Bathrooms are subpar. Our shower was broken and took 2 days for someone to come (had to follow up when they didn't come, but after that someone came quickly).

Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne!
Pros:

Schöne Lage, nah zur Stadt und zum sehr schönen Strand mit flachem Wasser.
Sehr guter Service am Strand: 2 Liegestühle mit Schirm für 10 €, einen Kübel Eis mit einer großen Flasche Wasser gibt es dazu.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt seit über 6 Monaten mit 4 Sternen, hat diese aber Stand Juni 26 nicht! Daher erhält man die zu Unrecht vereinnahmte Touristensteuer bei Ankunft zurück. Ich habe mich dennoch ziemlich veräppelt gefühlt, booking unternimmt nichts.

Wenn Sie einen Urlaub zurück in den 80er 90er Jahren möchten, sind Sie hier richtig. Die Zimmer sind eine Unverschämtheit: blinde Scheiben, defekte und schmale Türen, eine Dusche mit ca 60 cm lichter Breite und klappriger Zieharmonikaduschabtrennung. Eingangstür bietet null Schallschutz. Die Badtür lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen, da das Zimmer zu schmal ist.
Das Personal hat extreme Sprachprobleme, gibt sich aber meist große Mühe und ist sehr herzlich. Unsere immergleichen Getränke am Pool hatten täglich andere Preise. Eine Zusammenstellung der auf das Zimmer gebuchten Rechnungen bekommt man nicht.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber eher einfach.

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte statt Gartenblick einen Blick auf Mülltonnen und Wäsche. Ein Wechsel wurde erst nach 2 Tagen durchgeführt, da das Management Sonntag nicht arbeitet. Die Problematik der fehlenden Sterne erklärte die Managerin mit "ach das ist doch nur Bürokratie".
Das angebotene Zimmer war nicht besser, hatte aber einen besseren Blick. Wir haben gewechselt und hatten dann plötzlich den ganzen Tag kein Zimmer, da die Rezeption sich weigerte, das neue, bereits bezugsfertige Zimmer vor dem Nachmittag herauszugeben. Ich hatte keine Lust mehr zu streiten. Eine Aufmerksamkeit für unseren Ärger und den Aufwand gab es nicht....also noch weiter entfernt als 1 Stern in Bezug zum Service.

Die WCs am Pool haben keinerlei Möglichkeit, die Tür abzuschließen, ein separates Restaurant gibt es nicht, es ist der Bereich der Poolbar.

Wir kommen nicht nochmal. Hier stimmen Preis und Leistung nicht.

Pros:

We just checked into the Naxos Resort, and so far it has not been a pleasant experience. Though we booked directly and requested rooms next to or close to each other since we are traveling with 3 young kids, they did not accommodate the request and have no way to move our rooms. That’s a little hard when the children are sharing luggage. They also put us floor level at the Adults only pool, which really doesn’t make sense as they knew we would be traveling with young children. They even had cribs in each of the two rooms.
The room is full of mosquitos. They said they will come spray, but this is not the experience I would expect with the prices of this resort.

I will update the review if this is remedied or if the experience gets better. I am very disappointed that we gave this resort our business and they don’t seem to have much of a concern for our experience staying here.

Simply wonderful!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Naxos Resort. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were kind, welcoming and always willing to help, The location is perfect -close enough to the town to walk easily to restaurants and shops. The views from the resort are absolutely beautiful!
We were traveling from Switzerland and were very impressed with the hospitality and quality of the resort. We would happily stay here again and we do hope to return soon!

Great resort with everything you need!
Pros:

Great location... 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk into town for dining and shopping. Very good breakfast. Dogs were very welcome (provided snacks and bowls). The two pools and facilities were great. Ample parking which is rare in Greek islands.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit bigger but this did not make our stay any less enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, there was coffee/tea, a mini-fridge, and the bathroom was good.

Very enjoyable and relaxing break.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the staff helped to make our stay even more memorable . The breakfast was excellent, lovely and fresh.

Cons:

Some minor things, the door to the balcony jammed a couple of times and it would have been nice to have the pool slightly heated .

Excellent place to stay on the outskirts of Naxos town
Pros:

The resort was good, every facility as described, I would say it was focused on American's and their families. The food offerings were a little bland for a country that provides amazing options. However, the staff were amazing, especially Effie, she never stopped working and always with an amazing smile, she really made our stay wonderful.

Cons:

restaurant offerings and breakfast buffet. walk into town, too narrow with too much traffic
