Monday-Saturday 08:00 until 19:00.
Sunday 09:00 until 18:00.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that check-in is from 14:00 hours and check-out is before 10:00 hours. Late check-out is available between 10.00 and 12.00 noon only at a cost of AUD $30 per hour, and early arrivals are available between 12.00 noon and 14:00 only at AUD $30 per hour.

Secure car parking is available on request. The property does not have its own car park. Secured parking is available in a multi-level car park approximately 5 minutes' walk from our property, at an additional cost of AUD 20 per night. If you have reserved a parking space, please go to reception first where your car park access swipe will be issued. There is 30 minutes' free parking at the front of the building.

Disappointing and poor quality
Pros:

Location was good and staff were nice. The first room I was allocated felt very unsafe for a single woman - door straight in from street/car park area at ground level. The staff kindly found me another room, for which I was grateful.

Cons:

Dirty, awful smell in the room, flies in lights, uncomfortable and lumpy/sinking mattress, room in need of paint job.

Value for Money Stay
Pros:

Location, comfortable and great value f or money. Rooms have a fridge, 2 hotplates and microwave. Also has a small range of useful appliances and utensils. Great for an extended stay so you don't have to eat out all the time.

Cons:

Nothing to note as a negative.

Excellent located property at a failrly acceptable price.
Pros:

Very well located with tram stop located directly outside. Queen Vic Markets was a short walking distance with a great variety of shops. Located closely was a Woolworths Metro. Also located was one of the best icecream shops in the world, Tatli 322 Victoria St, North Melbourne.

Cons:

Room was terribly small (we had 3 ppl) but that was ok for us as it was just a place to sleep. Beds were average and there were no extra blankets. Rooms are a bit dated and TV reception was a bit higt and miss at times. If you attempted to cook in the property, the oil splatter would probably hit the main bed. It isn't a place that I would just chill after a long day.

Overall it was ideal for my situation re proximity to the hospital.
Pros:

Location, room was clean. There was no annoying noise nearby. The lady at the front reception was excellent in every way nothing was too much trouble for her, an absolute credit to the company.

Cons:

I felt the room was a little cramped. The TV was not in a good position in regard to viewing from the bed. Fairly hard to do much about that. The fridge was noisy and did not shut off.

Wasn’t what I expected from photos
Pros:

Location was good because I had an appointment at the RMH
Bed was comfortable
Shower was good

Cons:

The stove didn’t work
No fan in the bathroom
Toilet seat was broken
Toilet roll holder was broken
Towels were thin and threads pulled
Needed a good clean and vaccum
The plaster was kicked in behind one of the beds
Bedside table was not clean and the top was peeling
Drawers in kitchen area were broken
