Monday-Saturday 08:00 until 19:00.
Sunday 09:00 until 18:00.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that check-in is from 14:00 hours and check-out is before 10:00 hours. Late check-out is available between 10.00 and 12.00 noon only at a cost of AUD $30 per hour, and early arrivals are available between 12.00 noon and 14:00 only at AUD $30 per hour.

Secure car parking is available on request. The property does not have its own car park. If you have reserved a parking space, please go to reception first where your car park access swipe will be issued. There is 30 minutes' free parking at the front of the building.

Pros:

Great location close to Royal Melbourne Hospital and Queen Victoria Markets. Very helpful staff very accommodating. Great room, small but great facilities kitchen, microwave, hob and ensuite with walk in shower for the partially ambulant. Even a little balcony for a breath of fresh air. Great little authentic Italian restaurant nearby too!!

Small room. Not strictly accessible rooms, but staff were very accommodating for parking.

Cons:

The room was very small, a squeeze to get in and out bathroom and bathroom was small. Not sure how you would cook as there wasn’t much room between beds and where the kitchen was. Though we didn’t need it so wasn’t a problem. Room was much smaller than I expected. Parking was meant to be for 24 hours but we arrived about 7pm and no staff there, managed the process of getting the key and fob but we were getting harassed to return the fob by 2pm or they’d charge another day. All this while I’m in surgery, if there was a specific time it had to left it should have been stated, and not told it was 24 hours
