Pros:

um lugar lindo. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Pessoal atenciosos. Avisamos que iriamos sair de madrugada na segunda noite e eles organizaram uma cafe de manha (marmita completa) para levarmos.

Pros:

La vista all'esterno quando si faceva colazione e la piscina con i lettini..pero non sempre erano disponibili i tavoli esterni per la colazione..lo yogurt era molto buono ..

Camera con mobili datati...bagno con box doccia vecchio e con porte che non si chiudevano perfettamente in quanto saltavano fuori continuamente dalle guide della struttura........
la porta del bagno non si riusciva a chiudere perché era vecchia e il.legno si era deformato ..
la luce in bagno era praticamente inesistente o molto bassa perche i faretti con luce verde erano vecchi e producevano una poca luce....
la porta dell'ingresso alla camera quando chiusa dall'interno si vedeva nella parte in.basso tutta la luce dell'esterno quindi non era ben sistemata e si sentivano tutte le voci esterna da dentro.....
0dalla TV si potevano vedere solo pochi canali ..

il terrazzo esterno era sempre con il pavimento bagnato in quanto i l condizionatori delle camere gettavano l'acqua in dei tubi anche questi vecchi e rotti e quindi l'acqua usciva e allagava completamente il pavimento di tutti i terrazzini del pian terreno..
la colazione era insufficiente in quanto il dolce era poco con poca scelta e quasi sempre lo stesso...il succo d'arancia era messo in un contenitore e quando finiva veniva aggiunto con del succo all'interno di cartoni di quelli industriali...la qualità era molto scarsa ...il caffè e il latte eccc ..venivano erogati da una macchina distributore self service e si dovevano fare code di attesa per prendere gli stessi...il posizionamento dei prodotti per la colazione erano anche in questo caso messi in una zona dove anche in questo caso si formavano molte code in atte

Il mio giudizio è molto negativo anche per il personale poco cordiale specialmente quello della reception in quanto non salutavano mai nessuno ne all'ingresso ne all'uscita dalla struttura..erano solo intenti continuamente a guardare il computer o a fare i propri comodi senza accorgersi di chi entrava o usciva dall hotel...

Cosa posso dire se lo stesso giorno che dicevo soggiornare mi hanno annullato la prenotazione? A detta di Booking e dell’hotel per over booking . Sapete che non siete riusciti a trovarmi una soluzione alternativa? Se fosse stato per voi è l “hotel dive amo dormire sotto i ponti? Ora attendo che Booking mi rimborsi tutta la differenza per l’abitazione che abbiamo trovato in poche ore a Cefalonia. Chiedo altresì i danni per averci fatto perdere un giorno di vacanza, per la ricerca della nuova sistemazione, dello stress subito e per la vs incapacità di gestire la situazione. Detto ciò la valutazione dell’hotel è pari a zero visto che non ci abbiamo soggiornato

Great hotel in Lassi
Pros:

Very nice and super clean facilities, wonderful staff, good location (with close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and shops), great breakfast and a nice pool.

Cons:

The pool is available until 7 PM only, and the pool guy starts to give the guests the impression already from 6:30 PM, that they are not welcome any more.
He starts re-adjusting the sun beds and parasols while they are still in use.

Una muy buena decision con una localizacion perfecta
Pros:

Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de tener una habitacion renovada, por lo que no tenemos cometarios negativos. Cuenta con un pequeño minibar en buen estado, aire acondicionado y un pequeño televisor. Todo el personal del hotel fue realmente agradable y servicial. La ubicación era perfecta para nosotros puesto que buscábamos un hotel que estuviese ubicado cerca de la playa y era un camino de apenas 5’ min.
El baño es algo pequeño puesto que no tiene mucho espacio para almacenaje pero para ello en la entrada tienes lugar donde dejar las cosas.

Cons:

Si tuviesemos que objetar algo, seria el desayuno, el cual bajo nuestro punto de vista no era bueno, aunque a nosotros personalmente no nos molestó especialmente porque solo lo probamos un dia. El café se sirve de una maquina que ya está entrada en años.

El chico de recepción muy muy amable, hizo todo lo posible por darnos una habitación pese a que por algún error la primera que nos dieron estaba ocupada.

Cons:

El baño necesita una reforma, el agua iba y venía, no es muy agradable quedarse enjabonado y sin saber si el agua va a volver.
