Is be very reluctant to book here because you just don't know what room you'd get.
Pros:

The deluxe room we ended with was nice, I'd recommend these. Pool area and bar nice. People putting towels out at breakfast is so tacky though. Breakfast basic but nice. Keep away from scrambled eggs! I think they were powdered, inedible!
Good location to lovely beaches and the restaurants in Lassi.

Cons:

Upon arrival we realised the room we were given was not even close to what we booked, we were informed the property had oversold our room type and we were placed in an unacceptable, substandard room for our first night. The room absolutely stunk of mould , was very old and shabby. The shower was in the bath and very dangerous to use. Could barely move without falling back.
We immediately complained, and while we were moved to an upgraded room the following day, it was still not the room we originally booked and paid for. The room we were given the first night was a Family Room. They tried to tell us it was an upgrade, but definitely NOT. It was up at the very top of the hotel, there were a substantial amount of stairs miles from the pool area. It would definitely not be somewhere I'd want to stay with kids.

Pros:

Friendly lovely staff so helpful. I fell and sprained my wrist and the staff were excellent at getting transport to the hospital

Perfectly acceptable hotel, nice surroundings and easy to get to. We had a very relaxing holiday.
Pros:

Located towards the end of the strip, it’s only a short walk to the restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets. However there are steep hills to the beaches. Our room was ok, we’d booked a deluxe double with sea view, but we’d actually been put in a standard double with view, obviously not a problem as we hadn’t even realised ! The pool area is ok, a mix of very comfy beds and umbrellas, or standard beds without umbrellas, but there’s a shady canopy. The pool bar/restaurant staff, cleaners and reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with our safe but they left us the master key as a precaution.

Cons:

Most of the rooms are located up stone steps, that could be difficult for some. The pool area has the usual chilled music but this became extremely repetitive, and at one point the same tinkly tune played on repeat for 5 hours….the best sun-beds do tend to be reserved but there wasn’t a mad rush at 5 am…
The breakfasts were ok but pretty basic. Bar prices in the evening very high….almost twice as much as some of the more popular bars along the strip.

Pros:

We loved the family and friends environment! The staff is extremely supportive and friendly. The location was great, very central to all the beaches and villages. Just loved everything about this hotel!

Absolutely nothing!

La posizione, l'aspetto esterno dell'hotel, il giardino, la piscina e soprattutto la disponibilità dello staff che ha risolto un problema iniziale legato ad una stanza non corrispondente a quella prenotata.

Pros:

Schönes nicht so großes Hotel. Personal nett, Zimmer relativ groß mit Balkon. Schöner Pool mit genügend Platz. Frühstück konnte auch im Freien eingenommen werden. Am späten Nachmittag Happy Hour a der Poolbar. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück.

Cons:

Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Rührei ist furchtbar, scheinbar aus Pulver zurechtgerührt.

Hotel non da 3 stelle insoddisfatto
Pros:

La vista all'esterno quando si faceva colazione e la piscina con i lettini..pero non sempre erano disponibili i tavoli esterni per la colazione..lo yogurt era molto buono ..

Cons:

Camera con mobili datati...bagno con box doccia vecchio e con porte che non si chiudevano perfettamente in quanto saltavano fuori continuamente dalle guide della struttura........
la porta del bagno non si riusciva a chiudere perché era vecchia e il.legno si era deformato ..
la luce in bagno era praticamente inesistente o molto bassa perche i faretti con luce verde erano vecchi e producevano una poca luce....
la porta dell'ingresso alla camera quando chiusa dall'interno si vedeva nella parte in.basso tutta la luce dell'esterno quindi non era ben sistemata e si sentivano tutte le voci esterna da dentro.....
0dalla TV si potevano vedere solo pochi canali ..

camera con nessuna insonorizzazione...
il terrazzo esterno era sempre con il pavimento bagnato in quanto i l condizionatori delle camere gettavano l'acqua in dei tubi anche questi vecchi e rotti e quindi l'acqua usciva e allagava completamente il pavimento di tutti i terrazzini del pian terreno..
la colazione era insufficiente in quanto il dolce era poco con poca scelta e quasi sempre lo stesso...il succo d'arancia era messo in un contenitore e quando finiva veniva aggiunto con del succo all'interno di cartoni di quelli industriali...la qualità era molto scarsa ...il caffè e il latte eccc ..venivano erogati da una macchina distributore self service e si dovevano fare code di attesa per prendere gli stessi...il posizionamento dei prodotti per la colazione erano anche in questo caso messi in una zona dove anche in questo caso si formavano molte code in atte

Il mio giudizio è molto negativo anche per il personale poco cordiale specialmente quello della reception in quanto non salutavano mai nessuno ne all'ingresso ne all'uscita dalla struttura..erano solo intenti continuamente a guardare il computer o a fare i propri comodi senza accorgersi di chi entrava o usciva dall hotel...
hotel certamente non da 3 stelle e forse neppure da...

Pros:

um lugar lindo. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Pessoal atenciosos. Avisamos que iriamos sair de madrugada na segunda noite e eles organizaram uma cafe de manha (marmita completa) para levarmos.
