Pros:

Unico punto di forza la posizione, vicina alla spiagge principali, e praticamente adiacente alla fermata dell'autobus. Ristoranti, supermercati e locali sono presenti nelle zone limitrofe all'hotel. Grande nota di merito alla signora delle pulizie (memi) e alla ragazza della reception che sono stata sempre disponibili ed educate cercando di risolvere le problematiche che abbiamo trovato all'interno della camera (per quanto possibile).

Cons:

L'hotel dall'esterno ti invoglia ad entrare, ma una volta all'interno, ci siamo trovati davanti ad una struttura vecchia. Nella camera abbiamo trovato, una stanza "non moderna" , con molti difetti, tra i quali c'era il lavandino dal quale non scendeva l'acqua, la doccia non si poteva definire tale, il phone non ha praticamente mai funzionato, per non parlare degli arredi, unica nota di merito l'aria condizionata ben funzionante. La colazione offre veramente poca scelta e la qualità dei prodotti non è delle migliori. I complimenti rivolti al personale della reception e delle pulizie non possono rivolgersi al personale del bar che si è mostrato indisponente e arrogante.

Ottima struttura con staff gentile e disponibile. Hanno acconsentito a darci la camera appena arrivati verso le 11 di mattina. Di fronte c’è una bellissima spiaggia facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio all’interno molto comodo. Consigliato.

L’emplacement est super. Juste en face de la plage, tout près d’Argostoli et central pour visiter l’île. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. La piscine et le pool bar très chouette.

le buffet petit déjeuner avec une taille de croissant à la limite du ridicule et pas assez de choix, vous trouverez pas de corbeille de fruits ni de salade de fruits. le jus d orange à la fontaine était quelconque

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if receive a refurbished room (this appears pot luck).

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Refurbished pool area was well received.

Cons:

Room was much shabbier than the one we received the previous year. Over-painted floor and wall tiles in bathroom, terribly narrow bath/shower with varying temperature mixer tap operation and some very old/shabby drawers in room that should be thrown away. A few touches, including refurbed bathroom would make it far more appealing and more comparable to the modernised room we received in 2025. Rest of hotel is nice, including the pool area.

Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at Princess Hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach in a quiet location. It's located on a hill, so that the rooms have a nice view. Staff are super friendly and helpful. An extra shout out to Helen, who arranged a surprise cake and prosecco for my Dad's birthday! Your thoughtfulness is very much appreciated! 🙏

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It's got the essentials, but the only fruit available every morning was watermelon, and if it was finished before 10 am, there was no fruit. A few other fruits on offer would be nice. Also, there were fried mushrooms available only on our second last day. Some warm vegetable choices like this routinely would go a long way with the customers instead of just different pastries, baked beans, and sausages. 🙏
