Jestem na TAK!
Pros:

Pokoje czyste, wszystko co potrzebne jest, kawa herbata cukier woda gazowana niegazowana lodówka. Personel na recepcji bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny.

Cons:

Musiałabym na siłę szukać wad .. ;)

Stayed 6 nights. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Modern. Nice powerful shower. Room serviced every day. We had a fridge in our room. Tins of water replaced every day. Air con. Tea/coffee kettle etc in room.
Staff were friendly. We left our luggage in a locked room on the last day before returning to go to the airport.
Good selection at breakfast
10 minutes walk into old town.

Pros:

Excellent stay at the hotel - very clean lovely room comfortable beds supburb staff and excellent breakfast.

Location excellent - very pizza restaurant next door and ideal if you arrive in the evening before 10pm.

Recommendable hotel
Pros:

We were very satisfied. Room for 3 people with separate beds was spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location is good, walkable distance both to old town and railway station. (probably a tram line would go to the station too but on our departure day there were trackworks and trams were on detour).

Very enjoyable 3 Night stay
Pros:

My son and I stayed here the beginning of June for 3 nights. I had communication with the hotel before hand with a request of which they were very helpful and accommodating.

Our room was amazing, very spacious and light. Our room as cleaned daily and fresh towels, cans of sparkling water together with tea making things were provided.

The location could not be better for what we had planned. Staff were happy and greeted us with smiles everyday.

I would recommend this hotel for a city break.

We had a fabulous time, thank you.

Fabulous stay in krakow in a wonderful hotel
Pros:

Should be 4 star. Perfect. Spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast. Staff were polite and ectremley helpful. Spoke English. Rooms Spotless, large with extra dressing room, fridge, canned water. Clean towels every day. Can not fault it at all.
