Nothing to dislike about the hotel,we didn't stay that long to experience and enjoy more.A bit pricey for wrong date of my booking, extra cost is quite a lot.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean
The bed was not very comfortable. Had to ask for milk. If there's tea/coffee making facilities in the room why is there no milk in the fridge. Power points on one side of the bed only, no hand towels in the bathroom. For a Premier King room it was very small.
Close to airport
Happy hour rip off where they use approximately half size glasses with a slightly reduced price, not in keeping with happy hour standards in NZ.also they took $100 out of my card just incase I purchased something, not happy.
Beds are comfy, room and bathroom very clean.
Chromecast still doesn’t seem to work with iphones 16. This has been a problem now twice since we stayed at Sudima. Staff at restaurant wasn’t very attentive and the food selection is not up to standard compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Don’t think we’ll make use of the buffet in the future
