Convenient, easy access and helpful staff.
Pros:

Easy to get to on the Yellow bus, breakfast has good variety, staff helpful.

Cons:

Floor in room had a nasty stain near door.

Pros:

The room was comfy and spacious. Restaurant was welcoming after a long day, food was excellent. Have booked here on several occasions, as close to the airport with transfer bus available.

Well priced, clean, and issue free.
Pros:

Of the group of hotels not immediately within proximity to the terminals, this is the next closest. It was modern, clean, comfortable, quiet.

Cons:

Having to rely on the over-priced Yellow Hotel Transfer Bus, which not only charges guests $8 each way, they only go in a fixed route, so it’s a quick trip to the hotel, but an up to 30 minute loop through all the other hotels on the way back to the terminal, so allow for that in order to not cut it too fine with catching your flight out.

Clean, convenient & close to airport
Pros:

Close to airport, convenient, clean and friendly staff, room service & restaurant onsite. This is always our 1 night stay before flying overseas.

Cons:

Room service nearly took an hour to be delivered, but the food was delicious.

Suitable for over night stay
Pros:

Stayed here due to 24 hour check in after a midnight arrival from oversea flight

Cons:

Due to location so close to airport please be aware Uber drivers won’t pick up your ride, as they want higher paying fares into the city. Waited over 90 mins for a 5 min ride. Would have been quicker to walk but not keen to at 12.30am. Not the fault of the hotel. But if you think you’re saving time but staying close the to airport rather then a city hotel, you’re not!

Pros:

The property was as advertised. Comfortable generous rooms ideal for a night before or after travel. Staff were excellent at check in and in the restaurant. Great car parking.
