Great staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Very friendly and keen to ensure you've got all you need. The housekeeping staff are awesome, the rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds and a warm room were great to come back to. The black out curtains were great. The shower curtain rail curve stopped the shower curtain from touching you, and the shower curtain and bathroom were lush.

Cons:

The little milk bottles were only enough for 2 coffees. The wire tops were rusted on some. We were right down the end of the corridor from the elevators in Rm 524. The rooms are soundproof but the big window is not. Mainfreight is across the road so expect to hear forklifts early. The kettles are really loud. Unable to find the kids menu and found the room service menu very limited.

Pros:

Nice new hotel

Cons:

Quite far away from the airport. Shuttle takes 30 mins and costs extra. Restaurant in hotel is expensive.

After a lot of travelling, this was a great place to stay to rest for a few days before heading home
Pros:

Every staff at reception greeted us with a smile or while waiting they would explain why we were waiting, this shows great communication. Staff engaged with customers through conversations. Even when they would not know the answer they would explain they would be contacting the Manager and get back to us. Keep up the great work.

Housekeeping staff also friendly and approachable if we didn't need our room cleaned but asked if we needed extra towels etc.

Beds were comfortable

No noise outside esp being so close to the freeway.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything at this time, it was a really good stay and it suited what I needed for some well needed rest.

Convenient and pleasant for an overnight stay with dinner option
Pros:

The dinner was excellent. The dishes composition and taste were outstanding. The robotic service was entertaining.

Cons:

A bottle of water was missing in the room.

Great, would stay again
Pros:

Close to the airport- get there by yellow hotel bus- goes every 25 minutes 24/7 from both terminals.
Clean, with heated swimming pool a good restaurant.
