A localização é excelente: próximo das principais lojas, restaurantes e atrações. Quarto grande de 22 m2 e a cama muito confortável. Café da manhã bom e um estacionamento prático no sub-solo do hotel, por 25€/dia.
O box do chuveiro transbordava a cada banho, tendo que utilizar várias toalhas para secar e impedir que a agua invadisse o quarto. Os móveis estão desgastados.

The TV wifi connection was non existent.
La habitación es amplia y cómoda.
Buen colchón y el mobiliario en general está muy práctico, con mucho espacio para ubicar enseres y ropa .
El baño y la habitación está bien conservada, el aire acondicionado central enfría bien y es silencioso.
Bien insonorizada, a pesar de dar a una avenida no se escucha nada.

La atenciòn del personal. Ofrecen un servicio a la habitaciòn que en nuestro caso no funcionò. Asignaron una cochera que fue ocupada por otro auto y nunca lo solucionaron. Durante el desayuno el personal està limpiando no solo las mesas sino tambien el local dando la sensaciòn que hay que apurarse.
Latam lost my luggage, so the hotel staff provided me with small tubes of toothpaste and shaving cream. Location is easy walking distance to the city centre.
A lot of needless stairs would hinder access by wheelchairs (not a problem for me, but might be for others).
