Just everything about the place and staff

The location was great - easy access to everything in Clarens!
Breakfast was 8/10 - small changes could be made to improve the egg station.
The room was a bit small
The shower head was small for the huge size of the shower

Room above restaurant - to much noise.
Breakfast was great. The dinner, we had pizza, was delicious. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and polite.
We would have rather had an enclosed separate bathroom and not in the bedroom. The freshener sprayed in the toilet every half hour all night and very audible. The fragrance was not pleasant either.
