Cons:

The shower was so uncomfortable, had to undress inside the shower, very uncomfortable for a woman on her period, had to run to the toilet around the corner, no privacy. Had fo dress inside the toilet.

Breakfast was very good, the had good variety,I loved it

We arrived at 14:40.our rooms were not ready, we were told to wait,the lady helping us said she will call when the room is ready,but she never called,whe came back at 18:00 and the rooms were ready

Pros:

All the places we wanted to go are just a walking distance. Clarens extreme and street market. The hotel food is to die for.

Comfortable with a lovely room
Pros:

breakfast was good. the only bad things was a tour bus came in and we did not have easy access to the buffet becuase of an overload of people. it might be recommended to split hotel guests and day visitors coming for breakfast

Cons:

that there was more than 50 people at breakfast with the hotel not being able to take on that capacity. therefore breakfast was not great. We were not able to get to the buffet easy

Location is excellent. Breakfast is good. Staff on a whole are very friendly and helpful.

There is no one to help with luggage and although breakfast was good it could be fresher.
