Great hotel and location

The staff and the location were amazing.
Pros:

This is the best location. I don't think we could have found a better location. Quite but very close to the Grand Canal and other must do sites. The free breakfast and the courtyard were wonderful. Plus an evevator.

Continental breakfast was nice. Location was great and the staff were wonderful..

Staff were very nice, very helpful. Excellent location.

Cons:

There is mold in the bathroom. In the bathtub all around the grout. You can smell it. I want to take a bath and that's when I noticed how bad it was.

Perfect location and staff with needed updates
Pros:

The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the hotel needs to be updated a little bit, my bathroom sink would clog, the A/C didn't work that well, and the mattress and pillows felt cheap.
