と書いてあるだけに立地がとても良かったです。夜遅くに着いても出発のために明け方にチェックアウトしたとしてもヴァポレットの乗り場がそばにあり安心して過ごすことができました。こじんまりしたホテルですがエレベーターもありますし受付の方も優しくて何の不便もありませんでした。
事前に湯船がある部屋を指定していて確認のメッセージも送っていて了承を得ていましたが、実際には湯船のない部屋という点でした。
Szuper helyen van a szálloda, a kikötőtől még egy lépcsőt sem kell mászni a hotelig. Nagyon jók a matracok, párnák. Hangulatos környék éttermekkel, pubbal. Közel a Szent Márk tér. Reggeli is rendben.
I was woken up at 9 AM despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, and housekeeping continued trying to enter the room another 4–5 times until 10:30 AM while we were asleep. Completely unacceptable.
There were also ants throughout the bathroom.
At checkout, I was asked how many times we had breakfast, only to then be told the exact number they already had recorded. Not sure why the question was necessary if they were tracking it.
The final issue was when my wife went to get a simple glass of water — the same water left out daily for guests. After spending over €100 on breakfast, tax, and a bottle of water, on top of €1200 for four nights, she was abruptly stopped by the receptionist for trying to drink tap water from the breakfast area. It was an unnecessarily rude way to end our stay.
It’s a three‑star hotel for a reason. Do not expect hospitality here.
The location is good, but this was a sour ending to the last stop of our honeymoon.
Location very near St. Marks Square and next to a canal with gondolas right outside. Very good breakfast. Staff made bacon and eggs to order. Room was a bit small but comfortable.
Our room was #101 being on the first floor which has a window out to the street with several bars and restaurants. on two of our three nights, adults sat on the steps outside drinking and making loud conversation after 11PM to almost 1AM, which was hard to sleep. Other rooms didn't seem to have a similar issue.

Such a great location. Walking distance to everything with gondola’s stopping outside our hotel. Breakfast area is small but great service with courtyard & small lounge areas for break out time. If you get a water taxi to outside Hotel Londra Palace (no bridges or steps) just a cobblestone pathway for 140mtrs (3mins). Only negative… can be noisy with late night revellers at the local bars.
Communication with the hotel before, during, and after our stay was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect. Since we booked the last available room, it was on the ground floor and a bit small, but we had seen the photos in advance, so it was as expected.
The location is top. You are close to everything. The staff is very attentive. The room was very clean.
The location was perfect for access to the main sights in Venice and public transport. The staff was very helpful and pointed out local restaurants to try and offered a complimentary experience to Murano. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, and our room was quiet during the evenings.
