Muy céntrico pero hay que mejorar mucho
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

No funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado y con los casi 40 grados diarios en el
Exterior, en el interior era fundamental.
La ducha no cierra herméticamente e inunda el baño
No hay agua gratuita ni diaria ni de bienvenida, lo mínimo para un hotel de esa categoría y precio
El parking muy caro: 25€ por día y servicio valet, por lo que no sabes lo que pasa con el coche

Don't let them pull the old bait and switch on you
Pros:

I booked the deluxe room with balcony, however when I showed up the person at the front desk gave me what looked like the standard room. When I saw the room it made me depressed. It looked like a couple of notches below a Motel 6. The baseboards were scratched and peeling and the bathroom ceiling was peeling as well. I went to the front desk and told them that this does not look anything similar to the pictures and I am paying for a deluxe room. The receptionist made it right and ended up giving me the panoramic suite. I'm sure if I stayed in that room they would have still charged me for the deluxe. The panoramic suite needed some help too. The size of the suite was very large, however the bathroom did not match. It was very tight, even for a petite person like myself. They could have expanded the bathroom into the room and there still would have been space left. The bed although firm, was very uncomfortable and the pillows felt like cardboard. I had bags under my eyes the whole time I was there due to the poor quality of sleep. Whoever owns this hotel needs to put a little bit of money into the maintenance. Give the walls a touchup at least once every month or two and upgrade the mattresses.

Pros:

Un excellent emplacement pour visiter et retrouver le calme le soir.
A côté de arrêt de la navette pour aéroport ( en face de hôtel quand on arrive et à doitre en sortant pour le départ).
La vue de la chambre sur le théâtre.
Un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de légumes et une variété, j'apprécie en tant que végétarienne.
Équipement de la chambre
Un personnel charmant notamment au petit déjeuner. Un grand merci !

感謝です。
Pros:

空港からのバス停前にあり便利。清潔でスタッフが親切です。朝食も美味しい。特に、ピスタチオケーキが美味しくて必ず食べました。また、空港に着くなり階段で転び足首を捻挫してしまいました。バカンスでなかなかつかまらない病院ばかりでしたが、丁寧に探して診察を受けることができました。また、動けない私のためにタクシーの手配など負担にならないようにしてくれて快適な旅となりました。皆さんにオススメしたいホテルです。

Muito bom
Pros:

Hotel magnifico, mesmo no centro de Palermo, ao lado do teatro politeama, com um rooftop espetacular.
Quarto magnifico
Muito bom pequeno almoço .
Quem vai para o hotel através de autocarro vindo do aeroporto, e vice versa, a paragem fica mesmo em frente ao hotel

The hotel and staff ensured we had a perfect first trip to Sicily.

Great location and roof top superb
Pros:

Location and had excellent valet service as well making it care free check in. The roof top terrace is a must 😘

Cons:

Lack of water daily we stayed 3 nights and had a bottle in room to start but never replaced which when you can’t drink the tap water needs addressing especially for the price you pay
