Absolutely perfect in every way!
Pros:

Perfect location overlooking Piazza Ruggero Settimo. Good sized rooms. Ours on the 7th floor had a balcony overlooking the piazza where we ate one night. Amazingly helpful front desk staff! And a rooftop restaurant that serves Michelin quality food!

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better would have been cancelling the rest of our itinerary and staying longer.

Pros:

Très bien placé, en bordure de ZTL, près du quartier historique et du théatre Massimo, avec service parking. Personnel aimable et petit dejeuner très copieux.

Unique in every way.
Pros:

The Hotel and services were exceptional. The reception team was by far the best and i Travel 6 months out of the year all over Europe.
The location was perfect. It exceeded all my expectations i would highly recommend it for family, couples and solo travels

Cons:

That I could stay longer than 2 weeks

A wonderfully situated hotel with a concierge who cares
Pros:

The concierge, Filippo Gambino, is a star! He went above and beyond to make sure that our entire vacation in Sicily was seamless. From welcoming us daily with a smile to walking us through (& booking) all the various excursions and cooking classes and coordinating all the transfers to hotels around the island since the trains were on strike, Filippo curated an amazing visit for us both in and out of Palermo.

Perfect location, fabulous consiege , perfect breakfast, clean hotel , value for money
Pros:

Great breakfast. Location excellent. Large room . The staff very friendly . The consiege Filipo was a star. At short notice arranged a car for us for a 6 hour private tour which was amazing. Anything we asked for Filipo helped us even when one of us was ill. The other staff too were always helpful

We loved Palermo and this was a great base to stay!
Pros:

Modern hotel in the perfect location in the heart of the best parts of Palermo. A few steps from the start of a main street (Via Ruggiero Settimo) with 100’s of restaurants and shops. Very professional and helpful staff. Modern hotel rooms and a beautiful breakfast service. Bus stop right outside, but the central train station is 1.3 mi walk.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like. This is a great hotel for travelers and we’ll stay there again when in Palermo. Note that you’ll need a taxi if arriving by plane or train.
