Tout était très bien. Parfaitement situé en plein centre, les chambres etaient propres et bien isolées.
Pros:

- Parfaitement situé
- Le personnel très aimable
- Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel
- Nous sommes arrivé en avance les chambres n étaient pas prêtes mais nous avons pu déposer nos bagages. Quand nous sommes revenus plus tard les chambres étaient prêtes et les bagages déjà dans les chambres. C’est ce genre de petites attentions qui font la différence.

Cons:

- Relativement cher mais cela est probablement dû à l’emplacement idéal en plein centre

Fabulous roof top restaurant. That topped off my stay in Palermo.

My 1st room did not have air conditioning that worked. However, the concierge was very kind and switched my room~ larger with working air conditioning.

OTTIMA SCELTA PER VISITARE PALERMO E DINTORNI
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, al margine della zona storica pedonale: l'ideale per visitare la città.
Impossibile trovare parcheggio auto ma l’hotel offre (a pagamento) un efficiente servizio di autorimessa.

La camera era ampia, comoda e pulita
Ampia e comoda anche la hall; servizio alla reception molto cortese

Colazione veramente eccellente con anche numerose proposte di pasticceria siciliala; inoltre il servizio di sala è stato molto attento e cortese.

Great location for seeing Palermo
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect being so close to everything. The room were very clean and the beds also quite comfortable.

Cons:

Sadly, the air conditioning did not appear to work at all. We requested a standing fan as the warm room made it difficult to sleep.

Enjoyable stay in a good central location with a fancy rooftop restaurant and bar,new towels please
Pros:

Reception desk were very helpful and the room was perfectly fine. Good location, rooftop bar was nice.

Cons:

My only minor criticism is that the towels were a bit thin and slightly worn out. Breakfast was adequate but not excellent.

Great location and lovely rooms. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, good size room and serviced daily. Beautiful views across the square. Rooftop restaurant has amazing views and food was delicious. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Laundry service would be welcome.

Comfortable & a real pleasure.
Pros:

We’ll run with great staff, great rooms & breakfast. Modern hotel in very central location. Handy for all the shops & not far to the historic centre.

Cons:

It is getting some detailed updates & repairs which are much needed for this class of hotel. It’ll be fine when they’ve caught up. It’s only details nothing major.

Lack of decent AC a dealbreaker
Pros:

Decent location, quiet. Very large room with terrace and good view.

Cons:

There were two problems that made the stay unpleasant overall, the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was highly ineffective. Between these two items sleep was barely possible; literally the worst of any hotel in memory. The outside temperatures weren’t even that high, only in the mid-to-upper 80s F. Do not recommend booking unless you like a very hard mattress and are not traveling during hot weather.

Great location and staff. Lovely rooms. Not so good airconditioning.
Pros:

Great check in staff, great rooms and furniture. Great location.

Cons:

The absence of functional air conditioning. It was there but would not cool the room. Yes it was a heat wave, yes we had a corner room with multiple windows. Yes they happilly provided a room fan and yes they sent a man to check the system but no improvement.

A big thank you to check-in staff (Alex and Gabriella) for changing us to another room which was not outward facing, avoiding the sun and heat. Very much appreciated along with the fan. But the room was not much cooler because of air conditioning, just the protected location. The hotel must have a cooling system problem because we heard another patron having the same problem. The only cooler areas were in the lobby and the roof top restaurant.

Hopefully our helpful feedback is that the owners need to address the non effective air conditioning and not use the heat wave as an excuse. Noting we had been travelling across Italy for 7 weeks in the same heatwave conditions and not one other hotel had the same problem.

Excelente hotel, mas não gostei dos funcionários (tirando o pessoal do café da manhã).
Pros:

Quarto super confortável, excelente café da manhã (um dos melhores que eu já provei nos últimos tempos) e está a poucos metros de tudo.

Cons:

Os funcionários poderiam ser um pouco mais amigáveis. São um pouco secos. No meu primeiro dia eu subi no rooftop para apreciar a vista. O garçom ficou me olhando com uma cara feia. Isso porque eu era hóspede… imagina se não fosse.
