Dusty Fredericks Hotel & Dirt

Cons:

Absolutely disgusting really dusty, dirty everywhere in communal hall ways, staircase never hoovered, in bathroom of room 205 the unit cabinets door hanging off, water gets blocked when showering, no shower gel, hand wash or cream, fan in room full of dust when you switch it on - dust blows everywhere, swimming pool too hot, bed you can feel the springs in your back, the photos online are decieving as my room was nothing like that. The lighting in room is horrendous

A thoroughly enjoyable stay, thanks to all the staff.

Cons:

Others leaving empties, that were still there the next day. If you take it out, take it in. Its not on the staff, it's the clients! So thanks to the staff who do clean up after these folk.

Location. Room was nicely cool.

Very tired. Old fashioned. Windows dirty. Electrics in room in poor condition. Breakfast poor.

Cons:

Our bed was really soft, difficult to sleep on. Super squashy! Asked to move rooms but hotel was full and only available rooms had no air con.
Had to wait a while to get served in the bar.

Had a lovely time in the spa. It is a little tired and needs some work but overall, the spa is really nice and relaxing.

Cons:

Very tired and lots of things broken. Room felt very grubby and the bathroom was not cleaned well at all, dirty toilet seat, broken towel rail, shower head was in a bad state with lots of limescale and water just trickles out. Air con did not work and the restaurant was closed. Overall, a really awful hotel (apart from the spa) to the point we did not stay the night and actually left early after only a few hours. Would not recommend.

Sleep in a shed its cleaner

Cons:

Absolutely dirty, my shed cleaner, never stayed anywhere so dirty, room hadn't even been cleaned, I nearly asked for hover, I sat on bed , felt itchy I couldn't see anything but could I feel bits in bed, I rang booking.com after trying to settle in my second room, reception seemed to understand I couldn't stay even one night, due to the rooms been dirty, stasted I would be refunded in morning as I had book 5 night, now they have refused, who ever owns the place should be ashamed, this is not 4 star, such a beautiful building, basic policy for sky hotel to provide clean room, the pictures don't show the true diety visible to the eye.
