Lovely hotel in great location

Short weekend break
Pros:

Nice location next to river and convenient restaurant attached. Extremely polite friendly staff nice ambience and lots of extras offered in room , most at additional cost.
Nearby pub provided change of scenery only couple minutes away.

Cons:

Although the quality of products was good. Prices in coppa club were extremely high for everything even basic items.
Venue could do with sprucing up. Fixtures in bathroom needed attention also slightly misleading description of views of river when first thing you see is the terrace roof of coppaclub below.
Also quite a lot of noise from road right next to property

Our Second stay which we enjoyed very much.

Support in being able to provide a wheelchair when my mother in law had a fall.

Cons:

I felt the bar staff, whilst efficient could have been a bit more welcoming with a smile/acknowledgement whilst we were waiting to be served. Thanks
