Je le recommande!
Pros:

Bien situé, très propre et bonne communication de la part de l’établissement. La dame qui était présente était très gentille.

Cons:

La feuille d’enregistrement était seulement en anglais alors qu’on sait qu’au Québec le français doit être utilisé.

Pleasant stay with minor challenges.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to everything, very comfortable beds, clean, nice living room area, had a tiny fridge and also a microwave oven, good staff.

Cons:

Strange mix of bathroom sink in pseudo kitchen area without even a spoon. No kitchen implements at all. Some furniture needs updating, some ready for the landfill. Broken lock-chain on entry door. Weak water pressure, ran out of hot water.

Pros:

La localisation est parfaite, tout est très propre la chambre est petite mais très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec les autres occupants de l’hôtel pendant notre séjour.

Si nous y retournons, nous prévoirons certaines choses pour le séjour mettons.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour aller se promener dans le vieux Québec.
Assez grand pour une famille de 4 dont 2 adultes et 2 ados.

Cons:

Pas personne a l'entrée nous a causé des désagréments. Le ménage de la chambre n'était pas terminé (guenille du ménage qui traîne sur le comptoir de la salle de bain, pas de papier de toilette).

Great location for basic accommodations. No front desk personnel to help with questions.
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Room was comfortable and good sized with a separate living room.

Cons:

Pictures depicted the suite we stayed in as being more upscale. There is no desk clerk on duty. We had to call the number provided on the door to get into the hotel and went to another nearby hotel for check-in and vehicle registration.
