Gut ausgestattete Zimmer.
Toller Spa Bereich und eine schöne Lobby Bar.

Cons:

Der Service vom Pool Personal lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.
Es entstand bei uns der Eindruck, dass die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals sehr selektiv verteilt wurde. Dies haben wir dem Personal auch so als Feedback weitergegeben, welche gut auf unsere Kritik reagiert hatte. Nur ging es die nächsten Tage mit dem schlechten Service weiter.
Leider wurden wir an einem Tag auch nicht mehr beachtet. Gäste die nach uns ankamen, wurden vom Personal direkt angesprochen und bedient.
Wir haben unser Anliegen zusätzlich an der Rezeption nochmal geschildert. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte sehr verständnisvoll, entschuldigte sich und wollte unsere Kritik weitergeben.
Man wollte uns noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit machen, wovon wir aber bis zum Check Out Tage später nichts mitbekommen haben.
Es geht uns nicht darum, aus dieser Sache etwas zu bekommen aber es ist schade, bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie so eine Erfahrung gemacht zu haben.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The hotel is spotless, staff are constantly cleaning the pool areas. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and we never saw any litter or unfolded towels left behind on sunloungers.

Breakfast is a good mix between continental and some traditional options. All staff were friendly and professional. Food and drinks around the pool were excellent. Prices are a on the higher end in comparison to some other hotels in the area, but the quality and experience justify it.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, with respectful guests and no rowdy behaviour. The rooms were modern and immaculate, housekeeping was excellent, and we slept very well.

The spa is beautiful, spacious and has plenty of facilities. The location is good, with inexpensive local taxis readily available. Emerald is worth the higher price and I would happily return.
