Pros:

We had a great stay at Emerald Hotel in Pristina. The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and professional.

What impressed me most was the honesty and excellent service of the staff. After checking out, I realised I had forgotten my wallet in the room safe. I called the hotel, and the staff immediately checked the safe and recovered my wallet. Everything was still there, exactly as I had left it.

A big thank you to the team for their honesty, professionalism, and great hospitality. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that i was put in a room where the bathroom was for people with special necessities.
I was with my wife and i don't think that room with that kind of bathroom was applicable to us
