Tout s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble
Pros:

La proximité et les toilettes propres

Cons:

Chambre qui sentait la cigarette .
Les serveurs sont pressés et prennent pas le temps d'écouter, la commande que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou à la piscine.
A la réception le soir on a eu l'impression de déranger le réceptionniste.

Almost perfect, but not quite.
Pros:

Almost everything. The room was large and spacious and the bedding was high quality. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The public areas are very pleasant and decorated beautifully. The reception staff were all really helpful and friendly and were great getting us taxis and offering other advice. The breakfast was of high quality with a varied range of options.

Cons:

Only two points. The tiles in the shower are very slippery when wet and could be quite dangerous for someone elderly or infirm. The second point is that the hotel sells day passes and so the pool area at the weekend is really busy - that’s not the problem; it’s a huge pool area and there is plenty of room - and I get the hotel makes a lot of money. What I DO have a problem is the fact that on Sat and Sun, the staff reserve all the best beds next to the pool for their friends and family. Of course the management will deny this but I saw them do it and considering the price of staying at the hotel, it is a grossly unfair practice - be aware, that if you stay, you will not get a bed next to the pool on a Saturday or Sunday - the staff have them all reserved by 0800.
