Apenas da localização e do tamanho do quarto.

Atendimento péssimo, funcionários nem um pouco simpáticos, não fazem questão de falar com o hóspede (parecem que estão fazendo um favor a você, e não prestando um serviço pelo qual foram pagos) e não estão dispostos a ajudar quando preciso. Solicitei o empréstimo de 2 pratos e 2 talheres para comer uma pizza e me negaram, dizendo ser obrigatório o consumo de alimentos do hotel. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, o chão do quarto e do restaurante é extremamente engordurado e escorregadio. O café da manhã tem poucas opções e é o mesmo todos os dias (inclusive as frutas - melão, melancia e mamão), o que se torna enjoativo para quem se hospeda por uma semana, como foi o meu caso. Oferecem a opção de tapioca apenas em 3 dias da semana. As toalhas de banho são velhas, parecem pano de chão. No check-in informam que fazem a troca das toalhas a cada 2 dias, porém no meu caso só foi trocado no quarto dia, depois que eu reclamei 3x que as trocas ainda não tinham sido feitas. O quarto é repleto de pernilongos/muriçocas, as paredes são sujas. O telefone do quarto é puro chiado, você não consegue ouvir nada quando faz a ligação. Nas fotos da divulgação o hotel aparenta ser ótimo, porém, na prática, não é o que aparenta ser. Tive uma péssima experiência e não recomendo para ninguém a hospedagem neste local.

Opção com bom custo benefício
Pros:

A localização é boa. Próximo à praia, supermercados, farmácias. O quarto tinha uma boa infraestrutura e acabamento. Oferecem um bom café da manhã também.

Cons:

Não foi tão agradável em termos de limpeza, roupas de cama e toalhas.
