Categories

Cleanliness
8
Mostly praised as 'impecabil' and very clean in several reviews, but a few guests reported issues (balcony not cleaned, one report of bathroom not cleaned on second day and housekeeping leaving door open), so overall slightly reduced.
Service
9.4
Consistently highlighted as warm, professional and helpful (friendly reception, easy check-in/out, staff allowed early check-in and offered upgrades), so rated strongly positive.
Location
9.2
Frequently mentioned as very convenient: close to metro, near Corvin Plaza and shopping, easy access to transport and sights; some notes about walking challenges for elderly but overall excellent.
Room Quality
9
Rooms and suites described as very spacious, modern, comfortable beds (king size), well furnished and upgraded for some guests; a few comments about retro furniture in places and bathrooms needing renovation.
Amenities
8.6
Good in-room amenities reported (kitchen supplies, iron, hairdryer, small fridge) and parking garage available; parking cost mentioned as a negative but facilities themselves are well equipped.
Value for Money
8.4
Generally seen as good value (several guests note good rapport qualité/prix and willingness to return), with some reduction due to additional costs like a relatively expensive parking fee.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast repeatedly praised as excellent, varied, fresh and a major plus for guests — one of the strongest positive points in the reviews.
Overall Experience
9
Overall stays described as fantastic/very pleasant with many guests stating they would return; minor issues (pillows, occasional cleanliness lapses, parking cost) do not outweigh generally excellent experiences.

O experiență absolut fantastică în Budapesta! Confort, spațiu și ospitalitate de top!
Pros:

Cons:

Mi-a plăcut tot!
