Great vibes, AMAZING staff, fab location
Pros:

WOW what an amazing week we had staying at Ryan's Lolas. I'm really not one to read reviews and believe what everyone writes about places but this place way exceeded my expectations in location, cleanliness, staff...plus I even assumed it would have been really noisy but not the case at all!! The whole vibe, decor, music round the pool, food, drinks, service all of it was 5*. I have to give a massive shout out to Juliette on reception and Bos the waiter (im so sorry if thats not your job role if youre reading this I just didnt know a better way to describe you!!) they both went above and beyond for us every time we spoke to them, see them and we needed them they delivered 5* customer service on every level THANK YOU 🙏. I would DEF recommend Ryans Lolas and am def going back .....the vibes just waaaayyyyy too good!!! :)

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben sich grösstenteils Mühe gegeben, insbesondere der nette Herr beim Frühstücksbuffet, ein echtes Highlight! Der Aussenbereich am Pool war ebenfalls recht ansprechend, und das Essen im hauseigenen Burger-Restaurant war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück? Völlig okay. Darüber hinaus muss man schon sehr genau hinschauen, um weitere Highlights zu finden!!! Aber na ja, immerhin kann man das Hotel nicht mit mangelnder Bescheidenheit beschuldigen.

Cons:

Leider muss ich sagen, dass dieses Hotel in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuscht hat. Die Sauberkeit war das schlechteste, was ich je erlebt habe. In 5Nächten wurden die Betten kein einziges Mal gewechselt, der Boden wurde kaum gereinigt, und an einem Tag wurde bei einem der Zimmer überhaupt nichts gemacht, trotz ausreichend Zeit. Selbst Handtücher, die wir zum Wechseln auf den Boden gelegt hatten, wurden einfach gefaltet und wieder hingelegt. So etwas darf in einem Hotel nicht passieren.

Auch die Zimmerwahl war katastrophal. Obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten, ruhigere Zimmer zu erhalten, wurden wir direkt neben dem Lift und Treppenhaus untergebracht. Genau dort, wo betrunkene Gäste in der Nacht direkt vorbeigehen.

An einem regnerischen Tag verwandelte sich die Lobby/Burger-Restaurant in eine Partyzone. Eine laute Gruppe mit etwa 20–25 Personen nahm sie regelrecht in Beschlag. Der Lärm war im ganzen Hotel zu hören, und es war nicht möglich, die Lobby normal zu nutzen. Dass diese Gäste Speisen und Getränke von ausserhalb mitbrachten, schien das Hotelpersonal nicht zu stören. Für mich ein klares Versäumnis des Managements.

Zuletzt wurde uns beim Check-Out gesagt, dass die Kaution von EUR 150 pro Zimmer innerhalb eines Tages zurückerstattet würde. Bis heute ist jedoch nichts auf meiner Kreditkarte ersichtlich. Mehrfache telefonische Nachfragen blieben ohne klare Lösung, und selbst nachdem ich mich schriftlich gemeldet habe, warte ich auch nach über 5 Tagen immer noch auf eine Antwort. Das ist absolut unprofessionell.

Die Krönung war allerdings das Verhalten des Hotels vor unserer Anreise: Uns wurde mehrmals nahegelegt, die Booking.com-Reservierung zu stornieren und stattdessen direkt beim Hotel zu buchen, mit einem Rabatt. Für mich ist das ein inakzeptabler Versuch, die Gebühren von Booking.com zu umgehen. Eine Frechheit!

Perfect stay, super friendly staff, everything needed was available.
Pros:

The location is perfect, everything is close to you. Groceries, restaurants, a few pubs, bus, etc. It is small which gives comfort as everything is a few steps away. Lazy galore :)
Had a kitchenette in our small studio. This was so nice, breakfast on the terras/balcony.

Cons:

A group of 10+ men was staying there for a few days and that was hell. So noisy even at night on the halls. The staff warner them a few times. That was the only downside.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, pas trop loin des bars pour le soir mais suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas être dérangé le soir pour se reposer.

Piscine non chauffée donc impossible de mettre un pied en mai dommage.
Une vraie galère pour se garer, pas de parking avec l'hôtel...

Cela a dépassé nos attentes.
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner et accessible jusqu’à 11h.
Enceinte musique dans la chambre, donc cool !
Animations dans l’hôtel et leur restaurant propose des excellents burgers.
Personnel vraiment sympathique !
Je recommande et y retournerai !!

Cons:

L’isolation phonique des chambres mais comme dans tous les hôtels et l’hôtel ne possède pas de parking mais c’était écrit dans l’annonce.
