Cons:

部屋からの眺望が最悪でした。隣のビルの壁ではね。どうしていつもこういう部屋をあてがわれるのか意味が分からない。スタッフはおおむね文句ないのですが、どうしてフロントスタッフは愛想の無いマニュアル読むだけの無機質人間ばかりなのでしょう？笑顔が全くないのはドーミーだけです。どのドーミー系列に宿泊してもフロントスタッフの顔に笑顔が無い。忙しいから怒っているんでしょうか？もっと教育をした方が良いと思います。本当にドーミーだけ笑顔が無いです。客には笑うなと教育しているのでしょうか？フロントマン全員だもんな。

また宿泊したいです🌟
Pros:

アンジェラ・アキさんのコンサートが熊本城ホールで開催されるため、家族と宿泊しました。駐車場はパスート24で、受付フロントで伝えるとチェックインから翌日12:00正午まで1,200円で駐車場が利用できます。朝食が美味しかったです。和食と洋食のバイキング形式です。13階にある温泉も良かったです。低張性弱アルカリ性の単純温泉“六花の湯”が肌がすべすべして気持ちいいです。シャワーキャップや簡易ヘアゴムも置いてあります。浴場横には『湯上がりサービス』があり、アイスキャンデーや乳酸菌飲料が無料で利用できる休憩室があり“すごい”と思います。ドーミーインコグッズを尋ねたら、現在はオリジナルの折りたたみ傘が受付で販売してありました。本店が東京とのことで、ドーミーインコグッズが増えるかは本店との相談になるそうです。

Cons:

ホコリが気になりました。ティッシュボックスケースが黒色でホコリが目立ちます。温泉浴場のガラス張りの縁にもホコリが目立ちました。

快適に楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができた。
Pros:

ウェルカムサービスなどのサービスが非常に充実しており、また、温泉・サウナ・マッサージもある点。
無料貸出用品が多い点。

Cons:

掃除が行き届いていなかったのか、イスを移動させると、ペットボトルが出てきた。
部屋にあるお風呂が汚れていた。

Sleep Well at the Dormy Inn
Pros:

Convenient location, clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds, and excellent hot springs. Nice ambiance and amenities as well. Easy check-in and checkout system.

Cons:

The breakfast is only available until 9:30. My friend and I were among the last to eat. I wish breakfast was offered till 10!
