Overall a pleasant stay and I was sorry I could not extend stay due to non-availability of rooms
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable.Excellent location.

Cons:

When taking my first shower I did not notice rubber along the door was not completely fixed resulting in some flooding.
I did not bother to call and ask for someone to clean, it was late.
I would suggest these details be checked before arrival of new customer.

Pros:

Идеальное расположение неподалеку от музея Клюни. Персонал - сама доброжелательность. Комната совсем скромных размеров, но безупречно чистая и в ней есть всё, что может понадобиться.

Bonne expérience !
Pros:

Accueil correct à la réception, pas intrusif mais à l'écoute. L'emplacement est excellent, dans une petite rue calme pourtant proche du boulevard.

Cons:

Il y avait une légère odeur de remontée d'égoûts dans la chambre certainement parce que c'était une chambre au sixième étage. La réception a pris ma réclamation mais pour une nuit ils n'ont rien pu faire de particulier. J'ai bien fermé la porte de la salle d'eau et ça a suffit.
