My girlfriend and I liked everything about this hotel. It offers fantastic value for money and is located right in the heart of Bologna, a short 15 minute stroll from the Bologna train station. The check-in was seamless and only took a few minutes. Every member of staff, from the receptionists (one of whom appeared to be the owner) to the breakfast and cleaning ladies were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a lift in the hotel and the reception area is well air-conditioned. The hallway on our floor also was air-conditioned as was our room when we entered it. The room was spotlessly clean, which is important for us. It was very spacious with a large double bed. There were plenty of towels in the room and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The window was facing a busy Bologna street. The TV has plenty of channels. The hotel serves a simple breakfast that includes a coffee and a fresh crossaint, which is typical of Italian breakfast. We had an issue with our shower head on the first evening, but staff came in to check on it that same evening and had it fixed the following day.

Zentrale, unschlagbare Lage und die Herzlichkeit des Personals. Ein kleinen italienische Frühstück bestehend aus Kaffee und Croissant und dazu ein echtes Lächeln sagen mehr als standardisierte Höflichkeit in einem Kettenhotel.
Es ist nicht mehr das neuste Hotel, aber alles sauber. Mehr brauch ich nicht.

It was a nice central location, close to good cafes and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and kind, I felt taken care of the whole time. The air conditioning worked really well and I liked the simple but elegant furniture in the room. I also liked they attended me at all hours of the night when arriving.

The hotel's location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the iconic Two Towers. The amazing view from my window—I could even see the Two Towers. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés just outside the hotel, making it perfect.
The breakfast was simple but satisfying.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for one person. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a hair dryer, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided.
What truly made this stay memorable was the staff. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Santino for his great sense of humor—it always put a smile on my face. I also want to thank the person who cleaned my room and thoughtfully left the air conditioning on before I returned, so the room was nice and cool. I feel it's a bit unfair that I don't know the names of everyone who helped me during my stay, because they were all absolutely amazing and each one contributed to making my visit so enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Bologna.
