Cons:

La chambre avec manque de confort de literie et lit en 140
Menage approximatif et entretien journalier incapable de faire un lit incapable de débarrasser le plateau de petit déjeuner serviettes de toilette de très mauvaise qualitée chambre inférieure à 20 m2 aucune décoration et moisissure dans la douche
Odeur intolérable dans les communs

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Booking.com...
Loin de tout, normal c'est un camping...
Petit déjeuner : pas de possibilité de pain sans gluten (à ce prix là...), pas de fruits de saison (pommes et bananes...), les plats ne sont pas rechargés à partit de 9h30 ( fin du petit déjeuner à 9h45...)

De locatie was goed.

Cons:

Hotelkamer op gelijkvloers : lawaai tot 1 uur ‘s nachts van passanten van de camping - opmaak van de bedden was om te lachen, echt verschrikkelijk - wel spek, geen eieren bij ontbijt - ronduit geen 4 sterren niveau, ook niet voor camping. Lawaai snachts was ergste samen met ondermaats niveau van service

Heel goed hôtel om het eiland en Là Rochelle te bezoeken.
Pros:

De locatie, de voorzieningen en de kamer.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was goed maar tijdstip mocht iets later zijn en de aanvulling was niet elke dag in orde.

Toller Aufenthalt auf der Ile de Ré
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Am Abend haben wir sehr gut im Restaurant gegessen. Die Anlage ist groß und weitläufig mit kurzem weg zum Strand.

Cons:

Wie haben nichts zu beanstanden. Nur der Zwang enge, kurze Badehöschen tragen zu müssen, hat uns gestört.

Good family-friendly hotel
Pros:

We had the duplex room. Big and good bed. We liked the vicinity of the bar/restaurant and swimming pool to the hotel. We liked the animation for our kids.

Cons:

No airco in the room can be a problem. No charging point voor electric cars. Rather pricey. The camping spots seemed very close together.

Goed dat we een slaapplaats hadden, verder weinig positiefs te melden.
Pros:

Niet zoveel, wel dat we een plek hadden om te slapen.

Cons:

Het hotel staat midden op een drukke camping. Rustig aan het zwembad liggen was er dus niet bij. De kamer was gedateerd en leek helemaal niet op de foto's van internet. En de kamer was niet schoon en werd niet goed bijgehouden. Het terasje bij de kamer zat achter een hogere muur en was daardoor ongezellig.

Pros:

Bel hôtel bien situé et beaux équipements. Belle chambre spacieuse . Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.... belle chambre mais pas propre au sol a mon arrivée ...parquet flottant décollé, armoire penderie bricolée et tombant en miette, coffre inutilisable....carreaux sales.

Stretch calling this a hotel, it is little more than an average campsite
Pros:

One positive was Leah on reception who was helpful on our last day and allowed us (with some persuasion) to use a room to shower and change after the pool as we had a late flight.

Cons:

No pool towels, Had to use room towels
Snack bar very unhealthy cooked from frozen deep fried type foods
On two of our stay the snack bar closed early due to no food left (supposed to stay open 12-3pm but was closed by 2.30pm).
The only alcohol beverage available during the day was a tin of beer from the snack bar however they ran out of this on day 2 and after that (for the remainder of our trip) the only thing available was non alcoholic beer or soft drinks. The pool bar which opened at 3pm did not have Coke Zero as they had ran out and no restocking.
Although pool area itself looked clean and tidy, the walkthrough area was not washed down during the day and got really dirty from people walking through with bare feet etc felt like public baths
One evening we had no plan for dinnner and asked if we could eat in hotel restaurant, they said they were fully booked however we sat in bar area with only option being pizza from the unhealthy snack bar. Most of the dining tables remained empty for the evening…..we could easily have eaten there. Very frustrated, no effort to help us.
Did not seem to be enough staff on bar/restaurant.
Air conditioning was very poor, room felt mostly too warm, difficult to sleep at night

Pros:

Pool sehr schön, aber bei Wind keine Sonnenschirme und kein Schatten duch Bäume.
Frühstück.
Nahe Lage zu la Flotte, St. Martin
Toller Naturstrand nur 500m entfernt.

Cons:

Zimmer im Hotel war 5qm kleiner als gebucht, erst nach Beschwerde wurde grössere unattraktive Zimmer gezeigt mit Terasse im EG zum Parkplatz und nur ca. 1,2 m breiter Terasse.
Blieben dann trotzdem im kleineren Zimmer das uns ursprünglich zugewiesen war wegen schönerer und grösserer Terasse. Leider keine Erstattung für das 20% kleinere Zimmer auf Nachfrage erhalten.
Terasse war bei Einzug nicht gefegt und war voller Laub. Wurde auch bei den folgenden drei Reinigungen nie gefegt. Habe dann Besen an der Rezeption geholt und selbst gereinigt. Insgesamt Zimmerreinigung unzureichend, nur Mülleimer geleert und Bett gemacht. Nie gestaubsaugt oder gefegt innerhalb einer Woche.
Daher insgesamt keine Weiterempfehlung wert.
