Ok but need work
Pros:

Garden and location to bus route. Comfy beds.

Cons:

The kitchen extractor fan on out side window all day and late at night, Luke warm water, no alternative to food I wasn't happy with.

Friendly pub with rooms
Pros:

Friendly pub with rooms. Easy walking distance of Worthing town Centre. Pub food available but also some very nice restaurants close by

Cons:

Staff are also friendly but needed prompting, eg I'd like to place my breakfast order, can you bring some spoons. They were very happy to help. Suggests they need some training/supervision

Lovely room Lovely staff
Pros:

The room was well appointed and clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious and lastly the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I needed a smaller makeup mirror.

Cons:

Room 105 is really noisy from about 6.00am due to the extractors from the kitchen coming on!!! No chance of sleeping after that, even with ear plugs!!! 🙉

One night stay in September
Pros:

Lovely accommodation with character, beer garden amazing. Definitely try the homebrewed cider. All staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of food choice for the evening and breakfast which were all delicious. Definitely worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

Cons:

If I was picky the pillows were a bit soft.

Pros:

Location was ideal, free car park and pub/restaurant downstairs with beer garden.

Cons:

Room very warm, only small fan provided and not all windows opened. Would imagine when it was very hot in mid summer it would have been unbearable.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The parking was straightforward.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was good - only a 10-15 min walk from the main areas.
The bed was comfortable.
The choice of TV channels.
Some of the cooked vegetarian breakfasts.

Cons:

Some of the food was disappointing.
The vegetarian Sunday roast seemed reheated and the continental breakfast looked old and sad with its storage jars and lonely orange!
The cooked vegetarian breakfast could also have offered vegetarian sausages and/or bacon.
The decor. We had preferred the less bright colours when staying at the hotel many years ago.
The shower didn’t have anywhere to add your own items.
The annoying sachets of milk!

Comfy but not clean
Pros:

Staff were polite bed was comfy looked nice

Cons:

Cobwebs every where. Floors in bathroom and bedroom was a mess not been cleaned. Wardrobe is wonky. Also doors locking when trying to sleep affects everyone on the same floor

Great value for money, but needs tweaks
Pros:

Very welcoming, lovely furniture and decor

Cons:

Room was too hot and couldn't open windows, the lighting was extremely poor and only realised there was a fan when it was daylight and we could see better, there was nowhere to dry hair with a mirror and plug.

Nice but needs TLC
Pros:

The place has character and the breakfast room is beautiful. Location is great.

Cons:

The room needed some TLC. The blind didn't work. The ceiling was slanted and it was difficult for my husband to move around. There's no lift so two stories with luggage were overwhelming.
