Good for one night
Pros:

Location was OK but there is a strict 15.00 check in policy - we arrived 10 minutes before check in and were told about the strict 15.00 policy. Room was adequate and they accommodated our little dog for no extra charge. Service was very good.

Cons:

Some beers were off - being advertised as a Brewhouse - not good.
Food was ok but basic pub grub.
The place looks a bit drab from the outside but once you're there it grows on you.
Breakfast at £16 seemed expensive so we didn't partake

Pros:

Lovely building very close to Worthing town centre with the added bonus of parking. Our room was small but comfortable with a balcony. We had breakfast on one of the morning’s which was very good.

Cons:

It is quite easy to hear noise from other rooms especially doors opening and closing which if you are light sleeper may be a problem.

Pros:

Decent room, very comfortable bed and chilled water in the fridge was a nice touch.

Cons:

Shower didn't work properly, nor the door lock on the bathroom. Just details I guess but other places get them right.

Cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty balcony with cigarette butts scattered around the place and cobwebs. Breakfast was missing the avocado from the vegetarian option.

Pros:

Really friendly staff. Nice setting. Very clean and comfortable room

Cons:

Issue with toilets in the main pub area. The men's were all blocked. Food from pub - was okay, food portions seemed small for price. Lots of waiting to order food as it was 'happy hour'.

Friendly, clean, comfortable with great food.
Pros:

Great location for town and visiting friends. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had dinner, which was delicious and came within a good timely manner. The room was as described, clean, comfy with a little quirkiness to make it even better.

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer.

We had great customer service explaining where was room and how to use keypad. The room was lovely and modern with a lovely shower. The comentary drink was very welcome
