De locatie. Ontvangst was zeer koel/rap maar voor de rest was iedereen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was echt niet OK. 3de slaapplek op 3p-kamer was de naam bed niet waardig. 28°C op de kamer, geen airco en 2 kleine raampjes om te verluchten. . Afvoer douche liep niet door. Busjes met zeep en body-lotion waren leeg. Muffe geur in gangen.

Excellent overall
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was really nicely fitted out. The room was a little small but adequate. Location was really good. The breakfast was delicious, we also ate there in the evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Will definitely return.

Cons:

A few cobwebs but nothing to bad.

very friendly , staff were great .food was lovely , a good size big garden area . excellent sound proofing couldn't hear any noise from bar area when retired for night despite it being england's quarter final world cup game

Lots of nice little touches, great pub and staff. Oatmeal milk in the fridge, decent shower, fan in the room, good quality TV etc.

Cons:

Avoid room 105 as over the kitchens, very warm and extractor fan noise.

Pros:

Hotel staff very good and eager to please. Communication good.

Cons:

Rooms were tired and decoration aging, Quite a lot of chipped and flaking paint. Shower stall very small and badly designed.

old building with real character
Pros:

Stayed here for one night and had a really nice time. Great location — close to the beach and an easy walk into town too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it’s a lovely old building with real character. Even though there’s a bar downstairs, it was still quiet at night.

Fun place, great beer and good value
Pros:

Funky decor in a cute vintage property. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Complimentary beer or cocktail was nice touch. If you love beer you will want to stay here for sure!

Cons:

Room (103) was fine, although dark walls/decor and trendy filament lights, while lovely, made it very dark to get ready in etc. The heavy very high curtains were off the hooks in several places meaning impossible to close if you needed to sleep in total darkness (we didn't).
