Cleanliness, staff behaviour, location, pool.
The rates of the items served inside are too high, the items should be of nominal rates for the guests.
Secondaly the mattress are not comfortable to sleep.

We come here pretty regularly. The courtesy shown by house keeping staff, especially Navjot and Prabhjot , was a pleasure to experience. Their smiling countenance and ready compliance, made us feel good. We also enjoyed our time in the lounge where the displayed food variety was nice and food, tasty. As far as staff in the mezzanine café is concerned, they were very pleasant and courteous too.
However, the front desk could learn to be a little more courteous and polite. People come from far and wide, are often tired or jet lagged...a little courtesy will go a long way. Offering water, or some form of beverage comes across as being welcomed. A little more personal touch would go a long way.
We had a wonderful experience at 999. The food was very delicious and the hospitality of staff was very good. Loved the vibe of this cafe. Thank you prem Singh for good food.
Location and swimming pool
The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The best part was the bathroom; it was huge, and Riya decorated our room beautifully. I will surely visit again.
