Great location! Close to all main squares and attractions in Cusco center. The breakfast is good as well and very convenient! We also appreciate your help with arranging the Taxi transfer from and to the airport.
We went on a 5 day trek and left our backpacks at the hotel, very useful service! We also don't regret coming back to the same hotel and spending the last 2 night at Amerinka. Thank you for your hospitality and great service!
Be prepared for some noise, specially in the weekend, which is normal in the centro. Also, the coffee could be better since it's Peru :)

Beautiful building in a great location. Noise was not as bad as some other reviews mentioned and staff was very accommodating.
Breakfast was underwhelming but nothing bad really. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Location is great, staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast started at 6h30 and had some options which was appreciated. We had an excursion on our last day early in the morning and they kept our bags for the whole day to accommodate us.
Our first room had an awful smell in the bathroom. It smelled like sewage. The staff changed us to the room next door which didn't smell but windows are inside the hotel. The curtains are so thin that at night the lights from the reception/hotel pierce through. You also hear every single noise. I had earplugs and even with that, we could hear ppl coming down the stairs, ppl talking loudly etc.. The rooms on upper floors might be better but the ones near the reception are awful. Hotel definitely needs some TLC and it would be nice to have some towel bars in the bathroom.

All outlets in the room are very lose and no windows to see outside
The location near to main Plaza, we loved. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was very good.
The next door bathroom light that shines into our room. No reading lights.
