Well located comfortable hotel in central Cusco
Pros:

Well located hotel in central Cusco. Nice breakfast in the hotel and the hotel provided a snack bag on days we needed to leave early. Hotel organised washing for Sol12 per kg which was very handy.

Location is great , but if you want running water and a flushing toilet there are better options

The position in town was amazing

Cons:

There was no hot water on multiple days. One morning when we had to leave at 4.30am for a trek there was no water at all, we couldn’t even brush our teeth . We were told they turn it off each night and it would not come back on until 7.00am… even though they knew a group of us were checking out early . That piece of information would have been helpful

Good location, linen was clean, rooms serviced daily

Cons:

No hot water on many occasions to shower. Wifi poor had no reception had to sit in lounge to get some sort of reception.

Cons:

Noise from the "singers" in the street. Do not take balcony room as it definitely cannot be used. Staff understood but could not do about street regulations. They proposed to change room though.

Pros:

Amamos a localização, o atendimento, a higiene e o conforto. A cama é sensacional, o chuveiro é sensacional...

Cons:

Achamos as toalhas de banho pequenas demais. No café da manhã precisa pedir os talheres, não ficam disponíveis nas mesas, mas ok, é só um hábito. Pra comer ovo alguns dias tem, em outros precisa pagar e em outros não tem ovo no hotel. São apenas observações que não desmerecem em nada a qualidade do hotel.
