Increíble estancia, en una ciudad con encanto
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca de todo lo importante de Estambul, mezquitas, Cisternas, palacios
El personal muy amable, nos dieron toda clase de información, cada día cambiaban toallas y reponian el agua , cafés e infusiones
Los desayunos bien, ensaladas, salsas variadas, variedad de quesos ,vistas a la mezquita Azul desde la habitación y de la terraza que es un restaurante aparte ,cenábamos hay y todo muy bueno 👌, es un hotel normal que por el precio vale mucho la pena

No repetiría, por los precios que hay en Estambul buscaría algo mejor.
Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad de los recepcionistas que para la tercer noche solucionaron el problema del ruido cambiándonos de habitación.

Cons:

Contratamos una habitación que era en el subsuelo, cuando llegamos nos hicieron un Upgrade de categoría a una que en teoría era mejor pero estaba en el tercer piso y arriba había un bar lo que hizo que las dos primeras noches no pudiéramos dormir por los ruidos del bar y en las mañanas el ruido del desayuno, fue realmente insoportable e incómodo. Luego de la primer noche hablamos con el recepcionista y nos cambiaron a una habitación en el primer piso al tercer día (contratamos 5 noches).
Considero que tiene una puntuación sobrevalorada.

En primer lugar el personal, tuve un pequeño accidente y no sabía que hacer y le pregunte al recepcionista y me ayudo ,estoy tan agradecida porque estar en un país que no es el tuyo y se preocupen y te ayuden eso no tiene precio.muchar gracias Serdar.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

I paid for superior beds but did not receive any for my money. When I inquired, I was told they were all fully booked, even though I have a reservation myself and am a hotel guest. When booking, I requested a quiet room due to my sleep issues, but I was given the loudest room right next to the hotel restaurant, where furniture was being moved noisily and loud music was played until 2 a.m. The walls are thin and poorly soundproofed, and at night people stand outside the hotel talking loudly. The breakfast is not good at all, and the elevator makes an extreme amount of noise. Despite complaining at the reception, nothing was done, and I had to move to another hotel. Never again this hotel!

Хотелът е разположен на много добра локация, в близост до забележителности, има паркинг на близо.
Персоналът е много усмихнат и добър, помагаха ни с всичко при нужда.

Cons:

Преди няколко години отново сме отсядали в този хотел и качеството беше друго.

Закуската е много оскъдна, никакъв колбас (месо) нямаше. Нямаше вода, сок, кафемашината не работеше.

Бяхме с бебе и бяхме настанени в апартамент, който се намира в мазето, съответно постоянно имаше влага, всичко от отвън се чуваше както и персонала от долу.

Климатика не работеше, парното се включваше и изключваше постоянно.

За паркинга ми бяха казали, че е 15€/ден. когато отидохме 20€/ ден.

Тоалетните принадлежности, които бяха в банята (шампоан, душ гел) бяха пълни с вода, евентуално оставяха по един, който не е разреден.

DOUBLE CHARGED for my stay, then REFUSED to refund me
Pros:

The location was central to the sites.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay, mainly due to billing issues and inconsistent service.


1. Double Charge Issue

I was charged twice for my stay, even though my Booking.com reservation clearly stated that I would pay at the property. The hotel charged my card days before checkout without informing me, and then charged me again at checkout.


When I contacted them afterward to request a refund, they did not resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups over five days. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. This was very frustrating and left me feeling misled.


2. Service Concerns

Breakfast service was inconsistent. One staff member was noticeably unfriendly toward me, although she seemed pleasant with others, which made me uncomfortable. Several mornings, the hot water tasted strongly of coffee.


3. Noise and Room Assignment

I was first placed in a room on the 4th floor directly under the restaurant. Noise continued until around 10pm every night, and the soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to sleep. After raising the issue, I was eventually moved to a quieter room.


4. Cleanliness Issues

Housekeeping often missed basic tasks like restocking bottled water. I also noticed bugs on the walls in my room, which was disappointing for the price point.


Overall: I had originally planned not to write a review, but the unresolved double charge and lack of communication afterward were concerning enough that I felt other travelers should be aware.

Pros:

Just location was acceptable...

Cons:

The room was in the basement and not so clean, on the site of main street so sleeping was disaster.
Breakfast was very poor.
Smell inside the room because of humidity.
Don't have a parking.
