Stanza rinfrescata, bagno grande, letti comodi e ottima colazione
Posizione comodissima in centro a Trescore con parcheggio interno, comoda ancor più se, come nel nostro caso dovete partecipare ad un matrimonio a Villa Canton, o altre location della zona. Bistrot e sala colazione molto carine e rinnovate.
La struttura è palesemente in fase di ristrutturazione, e questo è positivo, tuttavia non comprendo come si possa non prendere la decisione di fermarsi un attimo, terminare i lavori e poi riaprire. Ci siamo fatti cambiare la prima stanza perché non funzionava il condizionatore portatile (tubo rotto messo tra i due battenti della porta finestra, quindi ovviamente con anche il caldo che entrava comunque), moquette sporchissima in tutta la stanza e water incrostato. La seconda era leggermente meglio ma sempre con problemi al tubo del condizionatore portatile e moquette ovunque. Preciso che alloggiavamo non nell’area principale, quella da cui si entra in hotel, per cui può essere che fossimo di fatto nella zona ancora non ristrutturata, però è anche vero che devo purtroppo dire ciò che ho visto e per essere in Italia con il prezzo pagato non l’ho trovato corretto. Avevamo deciso di soggiornare 3 notti e quindi di fermarci anche oltre il matrimonio a cui dovevamo partecipare per fare un giro in zona ma non si è rivelata una scelta particolarmente vincente in uno dei weekend più caldi degli ultimi 20 anni 😅.

Mi è piaciuto la parte ristorazione e l'esterno (giardino).
Camera e bagno davvero mal ridotti (bagno con rubinetteria ruggine e d'altri tempi - 1 comodino con un'asse di appoggio tutta storta.

Mancanza di prese al comodino e assenza di prodotti senza lattosio alla colazione
Soggiorno piacevole. Staff molto gentile. Location gradevole. Vari ambienti comunicanti con possibilità di mangiare e servizio bar. Letto confortevole. L'hotel affaccia su una bella piazzetta. A pochi metri farmacia e tabacchi e pizzeria.

Leider war das Restaurant am Montag geschlossen. Wir hatten das Hotel insbesondere auch wegen des Restaurants gebucht.
La cortesia del personale
Très déçu par la chambre, la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas obligé de mettre une chaise devant, des fils électriques partout posés au sol, robinetterie toute rouillée, et pour combler le tout pas dormi de la nuit à cause des gens qui chantaient à tue tête.
