Not clean . Both tv not working ( i have complained twice they change remote control but still same for 4 days) - very old furniture and bathroom. Sofa is not comfortable and all dust under it

They were not very accommodating at all. I was early, like 1:00 a.m., because that's when my flight landed. No way could I have a room even though I had booked one. They left me sitting in the foyer until 3:30 a.m., then said I could have a room, which I had to pay for again. I was only there for 2.5 hours, then gone again for my next flight. Don't tell me a room suddenly became available at 3:30 a.m. Front desk person dressed in his white robes had no personality at all.

The Room was not prepared before check-in. The Room cleaning also not done during the stay. Need to keep calling to operator/reception for cleaning but still no active response. AC was leaking in the room. Very bad experience. Also they are not providing water bottles daily by their own, you need to ask ever time. Hotel management to take responsibility of every room before customer check-in and prepare well like check the amenities working properly. Sound funny but they did not provided the both towels as well unless it is not asked... Very bad experience............
Inside room was big enough with separate room. There were enough parking spots and almost good location.
Room was dirty even during the check in. There were not enough towels for 2 persons inside the room. They didnt clean the room on time and we had to ask them several times. Water pressure for the bathroom was very low and it was not possible to take shower. Also refrigerator of the room was not working!
Furthermore check in process was too slow and delayed.
