Stay Again
Pros:

First, the welcoming staff. Very friendly and professional. Second, the spacious and cozy-clean room. Thirdly, the parking facility especially on a rain that rainy night. And overall quality and service was excellent!

Cons:

One thing I need to mention, the noise of water dripping sound, on air-conditioner cover outside window, caused sleep disruption.

La scarsa pulizia, il rumore degli split dei condizionatori (appena fuori dalla nostra camera); il materasso troppo alto e molle.
La vasca-doccia aveva la tendina corta, con conseguente allagamento del bagno.
La colazione era servita in uno spazio molto limitato per il numero degli ospiti.
Per essere un 5 stelle, ci si aspettava di meglio

Clean & comfortable family friendly hotel
Pros:

Great complimentary breakfast and 24hr juice, coffee, and tea station. Facilities are very clean and guests have access to coin laundry. Friendly staff.

Cons:

My senior parents would have liked comfy slippers.

Construction traffic to highway. But that is just the timing. Nothing the hotel can really do.

the soundproof of the room is poor, I can very clearly hear next door or hallway's voice. this hotel doesn't provide slipper which is not convenient.
