Big disappointment
Cons:

This is like an industrial complex probably good for families but too big to feel comfortable
If your key bracelet is not working and you have a sea view room you have to walk back a very long way to get to the desk
If you want a pool towel you need to get it and return it to the spa
You are asked to choose your désert at the beginning of the meal .. but when it is time for it they say that they are sorry as they ran out of them but you can have a vanilla or chocolate ice cream
If you check out in the morning getting someone to pick up your luggage is difficult do you carry them yourself a long way
Definitely not a high end place and the price is not justified

Most of the staff(especially in bar near the pool) was fantastic!

Cons:

I really didnt like the sauna policy, where you have to be naked all the time. I can not understand, that someone is forcing me to do something I don't want to do for my money…
