Wybitny hotel i bardzo dobry relax.
Pros:

Piękny hotel do którego warto przylecieć dla samego obiektu. Prawdziwy 5 gwiazdkowy oraz wybitne spa. Jeden z najlepszych w tej części Europy. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Personel na recepcji trochę musi popracować nad komunikacją wewnętrzną.

Vynikajúci hotel s ešte lepšou stravou a príjemnou atmosférou
Pros:

Je to krásny moderný hotel, kde si človek môže vychutnať pohodlie, či už na izbe, alebo na pláži. Poskytuje dostatok súkromia v záhrade, alebo na pláži. Ležadlá sú v prekrásnej záhrade, kde si každý môže vychutnať súkromie. Dostatok bufetov na pláži je veľký bonus. More je tu veľmi čisté. Raňajky a večere boli gurmánskym zážitkom, kde nechýbalo vôbec nič. Boli sme tu už 2 krát a určite sa sem vrátime.

Cons:

Možno nejaký program na hoteli. Pri večeri, keď sa grilovalo vonku, vystupovali dvaja muzikanti, ale bolo to také komorné.

Pros:

Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und möchten besonders die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Das Personal war wirklich stets aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gibt es aus unserer Sicht einige Punkte, die für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht dem erwarteten Standard entsprechen. Die Sauberkeit war teilweise nicht ausreichend und auch der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels hat uns enttäuscht. Das Hotel wirkt an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig: Beispielsweise war ein Schrank beschädigt bzw. abgebrochen, einige Fliesen waren zerbrochen und dadurch teilweise sogar eine Verletzungsgefahr gegeben. Auch am Pool gab es Stellen, an denen man sich leicht verletzen konnte.

Das Frühstück hingegen war immer top – eine große Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Beim Mittagessen in den Restaurants waren wir leider weniger zufrieden. Die Qualität war eher mittelmäßig und entsprach für uns ebenfalls nicht dem Niveau, das wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würden.

Wir haben gehört, dass das Hotel in Zukunft erneuert bzw. renoviert werden soll. Sollte dies tatsächlich umgesetzt werden, würden wir dem Hotel sehr gerne noch einmal eine Chance geben und wiederkommen. Bis dahin würden wir uns aufgrund des aktuellen Zustands allerdings gegen einen weiteren Aufenthalt entscheiden.

Insgesamt schade, denn mit dem freundlichen Personal und einer entsprechenden Renovierung könnte das Hotel wirklich großes Potenzial haben.

Pros:

Personal ist wirklich bemüht und sehr nett. Lage ist toll. Strand und Pool schön sauber und ruhig. Baby bzw. sehr kinderfreundlich.

Cons:

Erstens ist das Design des Hotels fraglich. Sehr schön, aber bei den heutigen Hitzen völlig fehl am Platz. Hotelflur ist 24/7 eine Sauna .Wenn ich in einem 5* Hotel bin, ewarte ich mir eine bessere Auswahl an Getränken+Lebensmitteln. Karlovačko aus dem Fass für 7€ - nein, Danke. Was ist mit richtigen regionalen Produkten - San Servollo, Međimurski dečki vielleicht? Hibiki ist kein schlechter Whisky, aber vielleicht Yamazaki anbieten? Hugo - war das eine neue Kreation für 12€? Hugo, Lilett Berry, Aperol sind schlichte, erfrischende Getränke und keine Cocktails, dass ist euch schon bewusst, oder? Zimmer sind groß, aber das Design - offenes Badezimmer, sehr unpraktisch wenn man das Baby niederlegt und dann Zähne putzen geht oder zufällig auf die Toilette muss. Tote Fliegen am Frühstückbuffet sind auch nicht sehr appetitlich - das Personal kann absolut nix dafür, aber schaut nicht fein aus.. Alles in allem, ok, aber für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. Kroatien muss wachsen und sich was Neues einfallen. Meer und Sonne gibt es auch wo anders und langsam wird die Übeteuerung anstrengend..
