Disappointing for a Hilton
Pros:

Pleasant reception staff.

Cons:

Hotel was tired. Our room was had chipped furniture. The valance around the bed was badly marked and hadn't been changed for weeks. You could see dirty water stains where it had been mopped against. The shower screen had black mould where it joined the bath side.
We sat in the bar area on a grey settee which was full of crumbs down the sides. There was no one serving on the bar and it said ring for attention. After ringing 3 times we gave up and went to our room.

Good corporate style hotel, without any surprises
Pros:

Good clean property nearby a supermarket, staff good and friendly. Was a one night stay due to cancelled train so no use of facilities.

Cons:

Not a lot of restaurants nearby by and a long way from the old town

Abgelebtes Hotel ohne Engagement für den Gast

Die Lage mit 15-20 Minuten zum Platz und den Kathedralen, durch einen lange Park.

Cons:

Wahrnehmung der Mitarbeiter bei Anreise, Frühstück und Abreise von Gästen ist sehr oberflächlich, unaufmerksam und nachlässig.
Die Zimmer - wir hatten eine Suite als Up Grade dazu gebucht - sind wahnsinnig abgelebt mit vielen Macken. Reparaturen werden offensichtlich nicht durchgeführt. Die Sauberkeit ist oberflächlich. Wohlfühlen war nicht möglich.

Check it out—you won't regret it.
Pros:

I really liked the room; the bed was comfortable, and the pillow and duvet were excellent. The staff were very pleasant, and the steak at the restaurant was very juicy and delicious.

Cons:

I ended up in a room right next to the elevator, so I could hear a bit of the coming and going and the elevator's "ding." I didn't notice it after I fell asleep, so it didn't bother me all that much.
