Personale addetto alla colazione deludente. Il maître si lamentava ad alto voce dei colleghi e il clima era teso. Poco professionale per una struttura di questo livello. Colazione abbastanza deludente

Super Lage ansonsten enormer Aufholbedarf und eher ein sehr schlechtes 4 Stern Hotel. Schade.
Pros:

Perfekt ist die Lage vom Hotel. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum und man kann alles zu Fuß ohne Probleme erreichen.

Cons:

Leider war das Badezimmer nicht ausreichend sauber und der Staub auf dem Beistelltischchen war schon sehr alt und etwas klebrig :(
Überhaupt bekommt man schnell den Eindruck, dass das Personal überfordert ist und zu wenig Personen eingesetzt werden, bzw. nicht alle eingesetzten Personen über ausreichende Qualifikationen verfügen.
Dies betrifft ganz offensichtlich die Reinigung aber auch den Service im Restaurant und der Bar, aber auch beim Frühstück.
Zudem entspricht das Frühstück bei Weitem weder von der Qualität noch von der Vielfalt einem Fünfstern-Hotel.
Im Restaurant- und Frühstücksbereich wirken die Räume recht lieblos gestaltet/dekoriert und viele Dinge sind abgenutzt.
