Pros:

L’accès à la plage et à la ville très bien !

Cons:

Affirmer que cet établissement est un hôtel 4 étoiles relève soit de la plaisanterie, soit de la tromperie. À 250 € la nuit pour une chambre standard dite “économique” avec vue sur le parking, proposer un tel niveau de prestation est tout simplement incompréhensible.
La chambre est clairement d’un autre temps, avec un mobilier vieillissant qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux coup de rénovation. La salle de bain est dans le même état, sans aucun effort de modernisation ni de confort. On est très loin des standards actuels attendus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Je voyage régulièrement et je constate rarement un tel décalage entre le prix affiché et la réalité sur place. Ici, tout semble figé dans le passé, comme si l’établissement n’avait jamais été remis au goût du jour.
On a vraiment l’impression que l’hôtel profite de l’afflux touristique pour maintenir des tarifs élevés sans se remettre en question. Le rapport qualité/prix est clairement mauvais.
À ce niveau de prix, on est en droit d’attendre bien mieux. Ici, c’est une vraie déception.

Hotel semplicemente stupendo!!
Posizione ottima. Personale super professionale, gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e varia. Ristorante buonissimo.
Piscina stupenda. Camere grandi e pulite. Pulizia ottima ovunque.
Vicino alla spiaggia e al centro del paese con tutti i servizi che si possano desiderare. Super consigliato: ci torneremo di sicuro!!!

Pros:

Staff ..molto professionale gentile e pronti a soddisfare le richieste dell cliente. Il buffet ben servito. La posizione si trova a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro.

Cons:

Si rischia di non trovare sdraia in piscina per il spazio non tanto grande. Avrebbe bisogno di un leggero restauro moderno nella hall. La hall è il primo contatto con l'albergo un vero e propio biglietto da visita che definisce lo stile e atmosfera.Il costo aggiuntivo dell l'ombrellone in spiaggia non dovrebbe esserci o almeno piu basso.

Я крайне редко оставляю плохой отзыв, но это именно тот случай . Персонал очень старается но за такие деньги это плохо.

- ну в целом расположение неплохое, хотя как по мне лучше дальше от пляжа и без всех недостатков за меньшие деньги, не стоит расположение того.

- нас поселили в номер в видом на стену и проход около нее по которому видимо возят все тележки с грязным бельем, может мусором - грохот такой ужасный что Спать просто невозможно . И вид на эту страшную стену , соотвественно почти никакого естественного света , тем более мы должны были держать шторы закрытыми чтобы гости и персонал которые ходят по этому проходу не смотрели нам в номер
- вай фай НЕ РАБОТАЛ у нас в номере . Окей. Есть мобильный интернет, но даже его сигнал не доходил и мы не могли даже купить себе билеты на обратный путь. Были очень расстроены
- заявленная двуспальная кровать - это два односпальных матраса которые сдвинули к себе , когда вы с партнером будете спать по центру в обнимку - они разъедутся. Ужасно неудобно
- я готова была бы со всем этим мириться если бы не заоблачная цена отеля , мы очень много путешествовали и по миру, и по Италии , и по сардинии. И могу сказать что за такие деньги мы еще ни разу не получали настолько несоответствующего отеля. Были очень расстроены и разочарованы что взяли аж 2 ночи, просто выброшенные деньги . К слову потому при путешествии по сардинии мы останавливались в отеле который кто-то в ТРИ раза меньше , и все было сильно лучше .

Ставлю 6 а не 3 только потому что персонал правда старался и был дружелюбным

Trevlig personal och mycket vacker plats.
Pros:

Bra frukost och nära stranden och den lilla byn. Gångavstånd till restauranger och butiker. Fantastisk personal, sköna sängar och gratis parkering. Väldigt vacker miljö och kristallklart vatten på stranden. Vi var här i 10 dagar och skulle säga att det var lite för länge. Man utforskar staden och restaurangerna fort då det är ganska litet.

Cons:

Inga jättestora grejer men det som drar ner betyget är att wifi- uppkopplingen är väldigt dålig och strömmen gick flera gånger om dagen de första dagarna av vår vistelse. Det mest lyhörda hotellet jag bott på. Man hörde allt från intilliggande rum och korridoren.

Det som drar ned betyget mest är att poolen är STÄNGD 12.30 - 14.30 varje dag, mycket oklart och väldigt konstigt. Det finns även endast 3 parasoll vid poolområdet som snabbt blev upptagna. Vill man vara säker på parasoll ingår det med solstolar på stranden, men som måste förbokas och kostar 50€/dag. Kan vara bra att veta om man reser med barn.

Avloppet i duschen hade väldigt långsam avrinning och översvämmade badrummet när man duschade.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, warm, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made our holiday even more special.

The hotel itself was absolutely immaculate. Every area was spotless and beautifully maintained, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible stay.

The location and surroundings were simply stunning – one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We felt completely relaxed throughout our stay and made memories that we’ll cherish forever.

A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so unforgettable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia, and we can’t wait to return!

Pros:

Lovely hotel steps from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice pool to relax by. Good breakfast with many choices. Hotel is decorated in a beach vibe with aqua blue prevalent in much of the decor giving a very pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of free parking. What really stood out was how spotless the rooms, the pool and the rest of the hotel was.

The beach is close by but it is 50 Euro to reserve a spot with two lounge chairs and an umbrella. The hotel contacted us ahead of our arrival to let us know we could reserve with them to ensure we would have a spot. This was greatly appreciated as we really loved our day at the beach.

Highly recommended!

Cons:

It was not an issue for us, but just be aware if you want to walk to the town you must go up a very steep hill.

Angefangen vom überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, über die Sauberkeit und Lage des Hotels, Grösse des Zimmers, Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Pool, wirklich alles hervorragend

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Zimmer keinen Balkon (wir wussten das, aber in Zukunft würde ich eines mit Balkon buchen).
