The room was very small even though they made me pay extra for an upgrade. No bar fridge and the place was not clean esp

The outside balcony was never cleaned since I arrived. My rotten pizza was there for two days. Housekeeping is bad.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service, a perfect location, and I would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. A special thanks to the lovely lady working at the breakfast buffet—she was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making every morning a pleasure. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Paris, within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. If I visit Paris again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Wenn wir wieder diese schöne Stadt besuchen, dann buchen wir selbstverständlich dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal in diesem angenehmen Hotel. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und zum Teil sogar sehr herzlich.
