Esta foi minha segunda hospedagem no hotel, o que demonstra o quanto apreciamos sua excelente localização e o atendimento sempre cordial da equipe. Desta vez, gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial à Mili e à Cristine, da recepção, que foram extremamente simpáticas, atenciosas e prestativas durante toda a estadia. Profissionais que certamente fazem a diferença e tornam a experiência ainda mais agradável.
Consideramos o quarto um pouco quente durante a estadia. Embora ajustássemos o ar-condicionado, ele não foi suficiente para manter uma temperatura realmente confortável e agradável no ambiente.
Além disso, acreditamos que o café da manhã poderia ser aprimorado. Em comparação com outros hotéis da mesma categoria em que nos hospedamos na Europa, a variedade de opções foi relativamente limitada, o que acabou deixando a experiência abaixo das expectativas.

This is a very good hotel, the staff is very nice. They welcomed us with some champagne to apologize as the room was not ready at our arrival. We understand this kind of thing happens, we appreciate that the staff reacted to it accordingly.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and silent.
Many things are available in the room, like a coffee machine, toiletry, bath robes, etc...
The poems left every day on the bed after the cleaning is a cute routine.
You can make yourself a coffee in the lobby and enjoy the bar area quite freely. I appreciated this very much as it is a nice place to work or take a call.
The location is amazing of course, two very useful metro lines are very close to the hotel. You can go out of the hotel and everything is accessible, even by foot.
The tap in the bathroom is a tough design ! You need completely dry hands and quite a grip just to turn the water on sometimes. Trying to open it with soap on your hands is basically an impossible challenge ! I think it is worth changing on the occasion of a renovation.
The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. We are happy that we got to experience it just once. I would not recommend it.
Especially the viennoiseries were small and of a quality we did not like. The coffee service is not good.
We got unlucky as some other clients decided to have a cigarette in the inner court of the building. All the smoke polluted the whole dining area within seconds and the breakfast time became a nightmare at this point.

מבחינתנו הכל היה מושלם פרט לארוחת הבוקר שלטעמי למלון כזה היא מאוד דלה, התלבטתי מאוד אם להוריד ולא לתת 10 אבל האורחת בוקר באמת דלה ברמה מאכזבת מאוד, מעבר לכך המיקום של המלון, החדר, היחס, הבריכה והחמאם הכל היה מושלם והייתי ממליץ לכל אחד להגיע למלון הזה אם ארוחת הבוקר היא לא עניין קריטי בשבילו

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist klein aber fein. Sehr nettes Personal.

tout était vraiment très très bien . Nous trouvons que le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié. Mais salle de petit déjeuner très conforatable et très accueillante
Tolle Lage. Liebevolle Details, die man immer seltener findet (Willkommensbrief, Schokolade, Bademantel u.ä.). Kleines aber sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem wir nichts vermisst haben.

Hotel com excelente localização e serviços sempre atenciosos
Die Lage war wie beschrieben sehr zentral. Man konnte sowohl auf die Champs Elisées, wie auch in Nebengässchen gehen. Zudem war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer - das ist bei dieser Lage nicht selbstverständlich. Es gab einige kleine Bistrots ganz in der nähe. Der Pool war ausreichend und ganz willkommen nach einem Tag im Louvre. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.
Das Zimmer war nicht wie vereinbart vorbereitet. Die Anweisungen waren klar und vom Hotel bestätigt. Über die Nutzung vom WLAN wurden wir nicht unaufgefordert informiert. Auch gibt es nur einen Schlüssel pro Zimmer, was manchmal etwas mühsam sein kann.
