Nos quedamos en el edificio de Arenal 10. Todo el personal fue muy amable durante la estadia, incluso nos dejaron entrar una hora antes porque el departamento ya estaba listo. La ubicacion es excelente, sobre todo si estas a pie, porque esta cerca de todo. El departamento limpio y bien equipado, quizas le faltarian ingredientes de cocina minimos indispensables para no tener que comprar.

Pros:

Lokacija savršena, čist i dobro opremljen apartman. Jedina mana je bio pomoćni krevet koji je bio polomljen i nije mogao da se razvuče. Izašli su nam u suret i hteli su da nam promene apartman jer nisu mogli da poprave krevet, medjutim nama je sve ostalo odgovaralo, tako da smo ipak ostali sve vreme u njemu.

Pretty bad experience

The location was great.

Cons:

The couch bed was super uncomfortable, you can feel every piece of metal under the thin mattress (I’ve slept in many foldable beds before and this has been the most uncomfortable.
But above all there was absolutely no AC, and even after voicing that it wasn’t working, we had to go to the ‘reception’ - which is a few blocks away to get some batteries for the AC controller because apparently that was the issue. Obviously it didn’t fix it, the ACs seemed completely disconnected from electricity. Then they said they’re sending a technician to fix it for the second night, and they didn’t fix it at all, I don’t even think they entered the room.
We even asked to at least provide a regular fan just to survive the heat wave, and nothing.
Honestly an awful experience, not coming back and I’ll never recommend it to anyone.
