搭配免費海洋公園的入園門票，但海洋公園的設備老舊，纜車生鏽沒好好維護，遊園當中纜車因故停駛，大熱天的，大家爬好幾層樓梯去看美人魚，看完後還要走下去，真是苦不堪言！

房間沒有除濕機，潮濕霉味很重！

咖啡機很讚 咖啡也不錯喝 （中深焙）

1 1 點退房，大廳冷氣不強蠻熱的，排隊等退房，剛開始櫃檯只有二個人員在辦理退房，快輪到我時，左邊加入一位人員，很親切的說不好意思讓您久等了，相較於隔壁，我的這一個完全沒有講話 .. 辦理完之後 拿好行李，最右邊才又加入一位人員，走到 post office 才開始覺得有冷氣，電梯離客房有一段路（300-342）關門時鏈鎖會擋到門關不起來
廁所的門兩邊同時拉關不起來
廁所的通風效果很差，進入廁所一直會聞到屎味
