todo excelente, el personal muy amable.
Pros:

Todo excelente, lo único es que hizo muchísimo calor y solo había en el techo un ventilador y con muy baja velocidad. todo lo demás excelente.

Un fin de semana bajo La Palma
Pros:

Los dos aspectos que más brillaron durante la estancia fueron, en definitiva, la ubicación y lo histórico del inmueble. Está ubicado a menos de dos cuadras de la catedral y en una zona con restaurantes de diversos tipos y buena calidad. El edificio es bello y con su pedazo de historia que se ve reflejada en las habitaciones.

Cons:

Hay solo dos detalles que resaltaría: uno, el internet es ambivalente y poco estable; probablemente es algo que varía de habitación a habitación. Dos para nosotros, que estuvimos en el segundo piso, el agua de la regadera/ducha cambiaba de temperatura con facilidad; había que estar constantemente ajustando para mantener una temperatura deseada y había momentos donde simplemente no salía agua caliente por un instante.

La ubicación es muy buena. La cama y el espacio de la habitación era generoso.

Cons:

La regadera de la ducha era incómoda pues el agua salía por todos lados y las puertas de la ducha eran difíciles de cerrar. Las puertas del baño requieren arreglo pues no cierran fácilmente y se abren solas. Aunque parece una cosa simple, las rejillas de los sifones estaban sueltas, lo que hizo que varias veces nos tropezáramos; es un arreglo simple y muestra el nivel de atención a detalles básicos de la habitación.
La habitación es un poco ruidosa. La habitación tiene lo básico bien, pero le falta atención en algunos detalles de mantenimiento que lo hace costoso para lo que ofrece.

Staying in this room was an experience of kinds. Really unforgettable.

The steep and unlit stairs, the sound insulation (to the stairwell, not to the street).
The room itself lacks sufficient lighting, there is not enough lamps and those existing are only of symbolic value.

Cons:

- Las almohadas son una vergüenza. Deberían haberlas tirado hace meses si no años
- El colchón estaba en condiciones similares, súper blando y gastado
- Nos asignaron la habitación Botero: insoportablemente calurosa, la única opción era un ventilador que hacía demasiado ruido. (Tal vez otras habitaciones son más frescas, pero en ésta daba directamente el sol y se calentaba)
- El agua de la ducha casi no tenía presión

Great location, great old house. Needs a few touch ups.
Pros:

This is an old casona, from the 1800s, with a historic plaque out front to prove it. Exactly the architecture, location and price I was looking for. One of the maids said Porfirio Diaz, Mexican dictator from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, slept in the third floor corner room. I don't doubt it. The period furniture was perfect.

Cons:

The curtains and bed cover -- not really a bedspread. a decorative cloth that covered the whole bed, down to the floor - were also period and a little threadbare. Could have used a desk, a better showerhead, better nigh tables. But for the price ...

Excelente ubicación pero requiere mantenimiento

La ubicación es excelente y estratégica para movilizarte a pie por todos los lugares de interés

Cons:

Muchas gradas para acceder a la habitación, no hay elevador.
El estado de la ropa de cama y los paños es de regular a malo, deben hacer cambio por nuevos. Toallas blancas desgastadas y con manchas que te hace dudar deben la limpieza de las mismas.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel et la plongée dans son histoire et celle de Puebla.
Pros:

L'emplacement, en plein centre historique de Puebla.
L'atmosphère et la beauté d'un bâtiment du XVIIIe avec une histoire intéressante.
Des chambres personnalisées et SDB très spacieuses (30 m2, voire plus pour certaines d'entre elles, et plus de cinq mètres de hauteur de plafond), avec un ameublement et décoration au charme désuet du XIXe, début du XXe. Un voyage insolite dans le temps...
Le calme (bien qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel dans son jus, il y a des doubles vitrages).
Le lit était bien (king size).
Personnel aimable.
Choisir de préférence les chambres avec balcon. La suite Porfiriana, que nous avons pu visiter, a une décoration incroyable, avec des lettres de Porfirio Diaz...
L'hôtel a une forte personnalité, espérons qu'il reste comme il est!

Cons:

Pas de connexion wifi gratuite (mais on peut s'en passer...).
Une information: il n'y a pas d'ascenseur car il s'agit d'un bâtiment classé. L'accès aux deux étages se fait par un magnifique escalier de pierre.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

La ubicación es genial. A dos minutos caminando al zocalo.
La habitación es muy amplia. Obviamente rustica, me agrado la decoración. La cama, deliciosa.. Muy pachoncita y linda para descansar. Excelente para estancias cortas.
