離天神站，天神地下街都非常近，要逛mina百貨商場或是去吃shinshin拉麵full full明太子法棍有路五分鐘就可以到達，附近也有很多居酒屋，便利商店，值得再去入住！

Central busy location of Fukuoka with many resturant choices
Pros:

Location very central to things in Tenjin. Train is about 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants around, but make a reservation even during the week nights.

Cons:

I would be nice if the TV had an accessible HDMI connector. This is a heavy incoming tourists from Korea that stay for just one day. Very large travel groups. This at times can make the lobby very busy.

If the above doesn’t bother you then this is a pretty decent hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location, very close to Tenjin station
There is a cupboard near the lift where you can grab some essentials as much as you like - shower caps, laundry bags, cotton tips, tea coffee etc

Made a mistake and booked a smoking room (all rooms in 3rd floor are for smoking) the next day was able to switch rooms (with extra charge of ¥2400)

Cons:

The hotel smell can definitely be improved. We were at the 2nd floor (note 3rd floor is all smoking rooms) and the smell is not great
Note that towels are small and thin

Pros:

La chambre est un peu plus grande que la moyenne. Elle est propre .
L'hôtel est très bien situé

Cons:

0 accueil, le personnel ne nous a jamais adressé la parole nous avons tout fait à travers la borne sans aide sans salutation même lorsqu'il n'y avais personne au guichet c’est assez surprenant.
