Short stay while visiting Northern Spain
Pros:

Location, decent shower and parking close by (reduced rates for hotel guests)

Cons:

Greeted at reception by Perspex glass, lift needs tidying up - creates a poor first impression.
Basic double room means no pictures on walls, but you do get scuffs and liquid splashes. Fridge made our water warm. And for whatever reason there is a security camera from the building opposite pointing at our window! The hotel does not care about its guests, definitely not a 4star.

El personal de recepción no demasiado simpático y en el baño, no hay champú ni acondicionador, solo gel de ducha y tampoco hay sitio para dejar las cosas personales de aseo

Bon séjour dans un hôtel très correct et propre
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. L'hôtel est trés bien situé au centre, prés des commerces. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : très varié, avec fruits, fromage, omelettes, etc. Le personnel était très serviable.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au 3e, proche de l'ascenseur. Nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises par des voyageurs peu soucieux de la tranquilité des autres.
La salle de bain gagnerait à être rénovée.

La ubicación es excelente, ideal para hacer turismo por el centro de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones muy dignas. La relación calidad precio muy correcta.

A very pleasant overnight stay and good value for money
Pros:

Room with balcony was really wonderful. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Spacious room. Breakfast on the 6th floor had great views.

Cons:

Dated decor. Roof needed repainted as it was stained.
