Hotel encantador y tranquilo, muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones completas con cama grande y conida. Necip de recepción muy muy agradable y atento en todo momento, gracias!!!. Cocina espectacular para comer y cenar y buffet desayuno muy completo. En general, todo perfecto

An excellent hotel with a very good price.

We stayed here for a week and everything was wonderful. The guys at the reception and the chef Ardan were outstanding, extremely kind, and always helpful.

The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. Having breakfast with a view of the sea and the Blue Mosque was a truly unforgettable experience. Being located in the historic heart of Istanbul, the hotel gave us the feeling of walking through the pages of an Orhan Pamuk novel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Путешествием довольны. Через отель заказали трансфер из/в аэропорт, все было отлично. Приветливый персонал, все решалось быстро. Понравилось расположение, по карте были сомнения, насколько удачно расположен отель. В итоге тихая, живописная улочка с интересными фасадами соседних отелей. Можно пофотографироваться, погулять, выбрать, где поужинать. Основные достопримечательности тоже рядом. Номер имеет дополнительную кровать для ребенка, сам по себе не очень большой, но в нем ничего лишнего, потому пространство для активности ребенка имеется. Завтрак на террасе с прекрасным видом на Голубую мечеть. Вкусный, достаточно разнообразный, чтобы не надоесть за 3-4 дня.

La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione (perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni e per uscire la sera a piedi con molti ristorantini e cafè tutti vicini. La colazione ricca. Ogni giorno una bottiglia d'acqua in camera. La pulizia. Super consigliato. Addirittura, dovendo lasciare l'albergo la mattina presto...e non potendo fruire della colazione...ci hanno offerto un paio di sandwiches per il viaggio.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, weil man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden kann. In 7-10 Minuten ist man bei der wichtigsten Tramlinie T1. Zur Fähre braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 -25 Minuten.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Man bekommt auch kostenlose Wasserflaschen aufs Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Da große Plus ist die Dachterrasse. Man hat eine wunderschönen Ausblick auf die blaue Moschee und aufs Meer. Man kann diese 24 Stunden benutzen und sogar selbst seine Getränke mitbringen.
Das Frühstück wird auch dort serviert. Zur guten Auswahl am Buffet kann man sich auch frisch Eier in verschiedensten Arten zubereiten lassen.
Für das Restaurant haben wir einen Gutschein mit einem Essen und ein Getränk erhalten.
Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Egal ob Reinigungs-, Frühstücks- oder Rezeptionsperson.
Haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet und tolle Informationen und Essentipps gegeben, die wirklich großartig waren. Wir hätten sie auch von unterwegs anrufen können und sie hätten uns weitergeholfen. Wirklich ein toller Service. Vielen Dank auch an Henry und Necip! Wir haben die Freundlichkeit sehr geschätzt und würden wieder in diesem Hotel schlafen!

Excellent space with new and clean rooms in the suites. Brilliant stay, 5 ish mins walk to tram/ main attractions.
Staff were extremely helpful. Gave us breakfast when we needed to check out early morning so we won’t miss the breakfast. I would rate this place as 4 star and would recommend it.

Incredible location in the heart of old town! Close to everything! Very nice sized comfortable rooms and very large shower! Staff that go out of their way to assist!

We spent 6 nights as a family with two children and we really enjoyed staying at Seraglio. It’s very clean and they are offering daily cleaning. The location is great as it is situated in the old city. It is close to old historical monuments, tramway and shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful especially Nejip who was patient in dealing with our enquires about travelling in Istanbul. The breakfast was very inclusive and had a wide variety of options.

Отель удобно расположен в пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей. Персонал приятный и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь. Завтраки сытные. Отдельный плюс - видовая терраса на последнем этаже, где проходят завтраки, там же можно посидеть вечером. Отель понравился, рекомендую.

Atención del personal que nos ayudaron en todo momento. Nos consiguieron un transporte al aeropuerto más barato y nos guardaron las maletas para poder aprovechar el día después del check out

Grazie a tutto lo staff dell'hotel per la cortesia e gentilezza con cui ci hanno accolto !! Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. La vista della Moschea Blu dalla nostra terrazza e dalla sala colazione un plus!!!! Devo dire tutto semplicemente perfetto!

The location is just perfect: a lot of places to eat out around and all the sights are in like 5 min walk. My husband and I loved the terrace for breakfast. Also we slept in a couple of days and noticed that it was pretty quiet in the hotel, idk whether it’s about thick walls or we were just lucky, but it was a huge advantage. Also one thing amazed me - one of the staff noticed that we didn’t wake up for breakfast and gave us a voucher to have a meal at their restaurant - for free! We were even more surprised to find out we could choose any dish on the menu. I’d never experienced hospitality like this before. So, it was an enjoyable experience!
