Pros:

Very convenient location for the Sultanahmet mosques and various ferries. The staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel has amazing views of the Blue Mosque and the Marmara Sea from the rooftop. Nice breakfast which includes made to order omelettes at no extra charge. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel is on a quiet street so we did not hear anything from outside, however the room was not very soundproof so we could hear our neighbours.

Расположение отличное , рядом все главные достопримечательности. Хороший отель.
Pros:

Персонал молодцы , особенно было хорошее отношение к нам от менеджеров на ресепшионе Baran и Cenan. Молодцы решали сразу все вопросы. Завтрак на крыше хороший, вид там обалденный. Номер с хамамом интересный необычный.

Cons:

Уборка только до 14,00 , иногда не успевают убирать. Шумно немного с улицы.

La atención del personal. La ubicación es excelente. Muy buen desayuno. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. Me quedé en la habitación triple con terraza. Impresionante la vista a la mezquita azul. Super recomendable este hotel

Bem localizado. Quarto amplo e espaçoso, com cama grande e confortável. Recepção muito proativa e solícita.

Cons:

Banheiro com pouca ventilação. Podiam fornecer um shampoo e condicionador de melhor qualidade (os fornecidos eram bem ruins - cogitei comprar os meus proprios produtos, mas como eram poucos dias e íamos seguir viagem, acabei usando os mesmos).

Once again Najib was there to greet and assist even though he was tired being on duty at night

إقامة مريحة بموقع ممتاز، إفطار متنوع ولذيذ وطاقم لطيف ومتعاون، مع حاجة بسيطة لتحسين نظافة الغرف.
Pros:

الموقع ممتاز ومريح، والإفطار متنوع ولذيذ، ومن أجمل الأشياء وجود محطة خاصة لتحضير البيض حسب الطلب، وكان Arden يحضّره بشكل رائع.

الموظفون بشكل عام لطيفون ومتعاونون، وأخص بالشكر Baran، فقد كان أكثر شخص متعاون معنا وحرص دائمًا على مساعدتنا وتلبية احتياجاتنا بكل لطف.

Cons:

الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني هو أن الغرف كانت ضيقة نوعًا ما، كما أن النظافة تحتاج إلى مزيد من الاهتمام، خصوصًا نظافة الأرضيات والثلاجة داخل الغرفة. أتمنى الاهتمام بهذه التفاصيل بشكل أكبر، لأنها ستجعل تجربة الإقامة أكثر راحة وتميزًا.

Home away from home
Pros:

Very close to the heart of all the main sites. The apartment was big enough for a group of 6 adults. The rooms were clean and the staff led by Kenon and Mejip were awesome. They went beyond to assist us in anything we needed.

Cons:

There are a few steps to climb to the apartment so it’s difficult for anyone who struggles with steps.

Sehr zentral, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig in der Nacht wurden wir immer wieder von Stimmen und Schritten im Gang aufgeweckt.

Pros:

Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Расположение идеальное — всего 300–400 метров от мечети Айя-София и площади Султанахмет. С террасы открывается отличный вид: видно и море, и достопримечательности. Хороший, плотный завтрак — после такого завтрака можно спокойно гулять до вечера, даже не обедая.
