Pros:

Très bon service du personnel, matelas confortable, très bonne air climatisé

Cons:

On a mangé au restaurant, très bon service mais la nourriture était moyenne
Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la chambre, supportable mais j’ai pas compris ce que ça sentait
Manquait la télécommande de la tv mais sont venu la remplacer vite et il y avait qu’un seul café de fourni à la chambre et deux café décaféiné

Pleasant. Great staff. Allowed me to stay a little longer
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but I felt rushed. People cleaning around me at the buffet. I had to move my plate so she could shoot the crumbs on the floor

Cons:

Breakfast was until 10 am but by 9:30, they were cleaning. Some people came in a 10 to 10 and there was basically nothing to eat

Tout est vieillissant, la chambre a une odeur de renfermé et les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas.
Le petit déjeuner c’est : du pain de mie et du café/thé. Le reste est payant.

Pros:

The Friday live band music.

Cons:

Some of the staff are not approachable, cleaners not doing a proper cleaning,
my fridge was not working properly, reported to the receptionist. They promised that maintenance team will come and check it. However, all through my stay no feedback.
I would also suggest that the hotel manager gets people that can take luggages to the room. It's a great relief and sense of belongings especially for travellers who have had a long trip.
