Breakfast was very busy on the day I was there. One coffee machine was insufficient and didn't work for me. Table cleared quickly but I hadn't finished. Always an issue when traveling solo..

Our stay started badly with a very disappointing meet-and-greet experience. After check-in, the receptionist asked us to wait for her colleague to take us to our room. We waited for a long time while staff members came and went, but nobody seemed interested in helping us. The whole process appeared poorly organised, with very little communication between team members.

Unfortunately, breakfast was even worse. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and there seemed to be a lack of leadership and organisation. There were not enough cups for coffee, and both coffee machines were out of service at the same time. There were also shortages of plates. I had a quick look into the kitchen and it appeared very messy.

The food quality was disappointing as well. My toast was burnt, and the omelette was dry and unappetising. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me, so I was unable to take photos.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and falls well below the standard I would expect.
