Pros:

Ottima soluzione per che deve stare nella city. Vicina anche alla metro per chi deve invece muoversi. Hotel molto caratteristico. Colazione molto buona.

Nice , comfortable stay, friendly staff and great location for train station
Pros:

I liked that they kindly upgraded us after raising concerns about noise during our last stay. They also left a drink and sweet treat in the room which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast service was very good.

Cons:

We were in a split level suite and the top floor was a little too hot. I'm not sure if the aircon reached the top floor. Just mentioning in case helpful for future guests.

Ideales Hotel mit rustikalem Charakter für Stadturlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich erstklassig. Unter der Woche kann neben dem Frühstücksbuffet noch eine zusätzliche Speise von der Karte genommen werden.
Die Lage ist top. Wir konnten vom Hotel aus zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß (30 Minuten) gut erreichbar. Die Ubahn Station Moorgate/Liverpool Stresst ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmergröße der WOW Suite ist für die Zentrale Lage ausgesprochen groß. Das Personal im Hotel und Restaurant ist auch überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Uns ist bewusst, dass sich das Hotel in einem sehr alten Gebäude befindet und die Bausubstanz entsprechend alt ist. Das stört auch nicht weiter. Aber ein jleiner Minuspunkt sind die Fenster. Das Badfenster lies sich nicht komplett schließen und es war immer ein kleiner Spalt zwischen dem unteren aufschiebbaren Teil und der Fixverglasung. Das hat uns jetzt nicht weiter gestört, nur der Straßenlärm ist dadurch besser hörbar.

Let down by a couple of staff and non working aircon

Good location in historic building, mostly friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Aircon didn't work and maintenance men weren't interested in fixing it, best they could do was switch it off and on and no follow up as promised. Room was cramped.

The entire staff is ready to lend a hand and help make your stay memorable. The property is old but certainly charming. We'll definitely be back!

The structure is old and certain small details in the furnishings are showing their age, such as the do-not-disturb switches or the room cleaning switches.

Great Accommodation in a great location

Disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast.
Complimentary water and prosecco - but why only for 1? We were 2.

Cons:

Room and bed smaller than expected. Definitely not "king" sized.
Room gloomy, with an office wall right outside blocking the light and very noisy bin collection early in the morning.
All water to the room cut off late in the evening - really inconvenient - then woke us up making a noise when it came back on in the early hours.
